I've noticed that too; there may be discounts to the priest's services if you have the same patron god, but bandages, scrolls and potions still cost the same no matter where you go. As I recall, when I was getting Tristella promoted up through the ranks of Loviatar's Manor, she didn't get discounts on the Manor's bandages and such until she was Lay Person rank, and the discount got a little bit bigger when she was promoted from Lay Person to Clergy Initiate. I'll see if the same holds true once I get Corella promoted to Lay Person or higher in Leira's temple.
If I wasn't already sitting on the fence between going Mercenary/Merchant or holding out for Red Wizard with Wyren, I might try to get her promoted up through the Temple of Mystra too...assuming that I can ever find it, that is. (I might just go the Merchant route, though; a Mystran Red Wizard would be playing a very dangerous game. Not that I don't like a good challenge now and then, mind you.... )
