Yes, Veybold got credit for the kill on the stink beetle.

The party was composed as AusGre said, but the fight with the stink beetle (and large spitting fire beetle) was at least a long minute before my connection dropped.

We were not in combat, to my knowledge, when the connection dropped (unless the server exposed us to a few rounds of combat that didn't get communicated to my local machine).

I've turned on my Nwnplayer.ini combat logs as well, though I'm not sure where they're liable to "drop".
