"ClientEntireChatWindowLogging=1" is what you should ha ve to enable combat logs as well. I just got back to my PC to take a look at the actual name of it. If you follow this link it will take you to the log rotator program I mentioned earlier.
The page for it mentions it being for NwN2, but the readme.txt that comes with the download provides instructions to use it with NwN so don't fret.
Edit: I just checked it for functionality, and it does work. I am going to start using it now.
