It's down hard. I saved my logs just in case those might be useful. One detail I just noticed though is that when this thread began T said "But because no actually operating system error was thrown NWNX didn't recognize it was no longer responding and didn't restart the server application." However on the Portal page here it says the server is offline. So the forums know it's down. Probably not helpful but I thought I'd mention it in case.
