Eliavres spends alot of time in the inns drinking ale and telling stories to the npc's((Yes i have been known to roleplay solo...)) Ilmater was good for Eliavres because he always donated food and a few gold if he could spare it especially because he has high respect for ilmater for being able to forgive... He's also been known to drop a few magical weapons in that chest when the merchants didn't have any gold to buy his items. I know i'm a bit late on this but that's what you get when you travel...
