I've been giving it some thought, and this is something we can probably do without too much difficulty if you (or someone else) is willing to help out a bit. I'd like to request two things -
1. Someone make the Monastery for these Monks. If want three levels with toilet facilities, (like the Kossuthans have!), then it will be up to you. If anyone is interested in taking this on, let me know and I'll send you the design guidelines
2. Someone with some desire for creative writing to use the faction template already created to develop the conversation which will be assigned to the Monk's faction recruiter. Again, if you're interested just let me know and I'll send you the template and an example of how it's used.
I can take care of the rest when these get finished. :)
