Thank you everyone who enjoyed/endured this darkest chapter in Thayan history last night!

I mentioned it in game, but this bears repeating so people do not get too frustrated with ‘the Vengeful are all powerful and cannot be defeated’: There is something coming which even they do not know about or realize, which will greatly balance out the odds stacked in their favor right now. They are nearing the highest point of their power, and next week well...next week is a new month in Thay. Anything can happen! So for those who care and/or who are fighting against them (and for those who have joined and may be acting pretty rash because of your newfound undying power): this too, shall pass. Keep those chins up! This was the 'Empire Strikes Back' episode of this saga where those against the great evil are battered and bloodied - but at least still alive and fighting.

We have a mere 2-3 weeks left for the campaign to conclude and I will probably give at least a week of OOC reboot celebration time after that (I’ll explain more on what that means when the time comes), and then the reboot will occur. We are almost there!

Just to make sure this is official: the next campaign event will be this Thursday, December 27 at the usual time: 7:00 PM CST. I have the entire week off from work, but right now I am back home for Christmas until I return December 26 - so nothing new will come from me until then and my presence on the forums here will be limited.

I logged on as Azura to stock up on supplies thinking I was still in Tyraturos. I logged on and was on the High escarpment and used the stone to get back to Bez but was immediately attacked. So can I have my charcter sent to where the action would be or I have to try and survive to arrive.

It bears repeating that anyone that is level 5+ will be attacked in Bezantur. You will have to fight your way out. No destination was given for the event. Look carefully at the posts made.

I am aware of that. I was just wonderingwhy I was not still in Tyra? That is where I was when I left the game. Yet I was on the highe escarpemnt when I logged on.

Maybe she dragged there in her sleep.

The actual explanation is likely easy enough. The game didn't track the location where you'd logged off properly.

Well my character died at the escarpment but was ported to Tyra as maurin "carried" me there.

I would like to get ported back, If I cannot , then I will try and fight my way to survival if I die well she did put up a good fight and saved Ihsahn.

This makes sense.

Azura's corpse was ported from the escarpment directly into the Den. Because it isn't a normal area Azura's location was not saved. Animayhem could've then logged off inside the Den without Azura's location being saved. Normally this isn't a problem because the PC is saved right outside the POH before entering, and stones of recall cannot be used to teleport into a POH.

What confuses me is that Azura hasn't got any contingencies in store to teleport her away. Maurin has about 18-20 stones bound right now, he goes where he wants, when he wants. The idea of not having stone of recall contingencies scares me.

Also writing to inform that I can't make the event tomorrow/today, apologies. Feel free to DM magic Maurin into existence if you need him.
