Is there an in-game capture screenshot command, or is it just the standard keyboard capturing screenshot command?

Print Screen works in-game and saves the screenshot to your NWN/*mumble* directory as a .tga file

Yeah I just use printscreen as well.

Look in your NWN/Screenshots folder. You can download a free program like InfranView to see the .tga
