I've had multiple times now, on different occasions, that I got attacked still by groups of creatures encountered (various kinds too) after I went invisible.
I'm not sure this is a bug or not but it's quite annoying to have a spell intended for escapes to apparently not function.

Some creatures possess (on a random basis) high skills like listen that allow them to detect invisible PC's some even have see invisibility or true seeking means.

I think every assassin I have seen so far has been able to see past it.

This makes no sense to me so far. Could I get a clarification as to how listen can see through invisibility? Was there a mechanics change that enables active see-invisibility if you posses a high listen?
Also, how do assassins have a feat like this? There are no NwN mechanic feats that grant see-invisibility for an assassin. Unless there were added features for Thay.
Reason I'm curious is because I've noticed this as well, just wondering how to approach the invisibility thing since a lot of creatures as Payne mentioned do seem able to keep clear sight of you once you go invisible. :-)

Imagine a assassin has studied her mark - you - and prepared. Listen allows a invisible creature to be detected. That has always been so.

They don't see you, they hear you.
So they run towards you, and when they bump into you, they kill you.
