So I was in the Tyraturos Necropolis, Upper level, around midnight in game.
And there was a young vampire with a scythe.. My instinct was to run..
But I was like "Hey. Why not?" Jay Asher has currently 68 health and he critted me doing 67 damage but when the numbers appear above the person's head, it said 400..
*record skip* HUH?!?!?!
I instantly started bleeding to death, though in the combat log it said that only 67 damage was done.
*another record skip* WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH... WHAAA?!?!?!?!?!?
Is this something a vampire can do.. O_o
Or is this just a bug.
Cause I was damn confused when I survived the life or death struggle.

P.S. yes I realize that I didn't do the correct steps to post a problem report.

Just going to say, if you got hit by 400 mechanically, you would not recover. You would have dropped below -10 and been struck dead on the spot like Silus had been by a IGMS. I think you either saw it wrong or it was a graphics glitch or a mix of numbers as both of you hit eachother resulting in your attack damage having a 0 on the end of a crit for 40. Are you sure you were not injured below max health before this happened?

Problem description: In Tyraturos Necropolis, Midnight (In Game). Jay Asher is level six with 68 maximum hit points currently, and I saw a Young Vampire. We engaged in combat, and he did a critical doing 67 damage in the combat logs. BUT i was instantly hit into the bleeding to death stage and survived the life or death struggle at -8 hitpoints. When the damage numbers appear above the characters/objects head, it said the critical did 400 damage.
Steps to Recreate: Log in with other PC's and spawn Young Vampires testing their critical hits.
Expected Results: I should be hit with the critical, but if it doesn't take up all of my HP, it shouldn't automatically send me into the bleeding to death stage.
Actual Results: I was critted when in the combat logs it said not all damage was done.
Workaround: RUN FROM YOUNG VAMPIRES.

P.S. Dremora i'm extremely positive I was at Maximum health at the time. The only thing was I have 26 AC, and I was under the effects of Jhuild.

Do you have screenshots of the event? Anyway, if your character is hit by a SINGLE blow that sends him below 0 not the full damage is done to your character to ensure your pc will enter the bleeding phase and has a chance to recover.

His first hit was a critical KTA, i don't have screenshots BUT, when we engaged, I attacked first and then he critted me right off the bat. I did hit him with the first hit, doing around 8-13 damage I think?

This is not a bug, that the logs say 67 but not 68 is technical issue. If your pc had been hit with 10000 points it would have said the same.
