Silvanus Summons
#1
Caramiriel can summon planar aid through her cloak of the Oak Hearth, however there are only two options a blink dog which makes sense and a dretch a lesser demon.

The dretch really does not see fey or nature like. Instead of a dretch maybe keep the blink dog only or maybe this one in addition to the blink dog.

Right now all temples get the same aid, based on alignment, with neutral having a chance of receiving either good or evil aid. Evil aid used to be a hellhound, which would make slightly more sense than a dretch for your character. You could guarantee a blink dog by making your alignment good, but actually that Thorn looks like a good idea for your second aid since that's when you start getting human shaped planars(tiefling for evil, no clue on good, or if it's the same). Though I'm not sure where or if reworking temple aid would go on the priority list.

In other worlds I have played a neutral character got a green salaad which would make more sense then a dretch.

Any other players who are clerics it would be nice to post here what summons you get?

I can live with the mutant shrek. However one would think your summons to reflect your temple. I could see a satyr being a summon for a druid.

I could see a ceric of Thorm or helm maybe getting a celestial creatrue of some sort.

Yeah eventually it would be awesome to script in custom summons for each temple (spiders/driders/yochols for lolth);(constructs for gond);(gensai/elemental planars for the elemental deities);(plants/fey for sylvanus), etc, etc...

That'd be awesome, but admittedly that's a *lot* of work for relatively little payout, for whoever's doing our scripting and building at that point... especially considering how many joinable temples we have and how many of them get used at any given time...
Currently Playing:

Galambos Thrune - Griffon Knight
Archibold Vanderdaghast - Palemaster
Anders Maerklos - Spellsword
Chessala Zolond - Yathrin d'Lolth

Yea. So I guess generic across the board. I am wondering though anyone else get blink dogs or dretches?

Siucre would be best person to answer the question, having played a neutral aligned cleric with respected clergy rank.

Just as Cara is summoning from both sides, so did Ellie. She could summon hellish/demonic and the celestial. Celestials were the archons then up to the celestial warrior.

Ah so it would seem summons are temple specific. Was Ellie TN? To clarify it is to call aid from the cloak not seperate spells.

Why not keep to the standard NWN shell, with Neutrals getting elementals? They seem to me like the most fitting, especially to druids.

It sounds like a good long term project.
