Perhaps there should be a Suggestions forum or subforum where players could post their suggestions for new stuff, improvements on the server or whatnot, if only to give the staff a place to approve, deny, debate or provide feedback on each suggestion while keeping these suggestions from drowning in the deluge of Tavern posts.

Think those are generally handled by pm to either Thayan or Plinth.

The place for suggestions is my Inbox. As it has been stated before by T, all complaints and
suggestions need to be PMed to me. If it's not something that has already been considered I will take it to the staff for discussion.

Yeah Wids, I am going to have to respectfully disagree that a forum or thread is a good idea. Suggestions will be looked at via PM as DarkRanger said. That doesn't mean your suggestions will get file 13 treatment, but we have to reserve the right to do just that.
Let me assist you in making such suggestions. Point to a clear example, preferably on a site that has the exact change you are looking for. NwN vault, is a perfect place to hunt for such things. For example, say you want more seashells and clams and think we should have this sort of thing in game. You go to NwN vault and you hunt and well well.. ok... this DOES exist! Then add a link to such a thing in your suggestion.
