As time had passed, Sila had born a son to her Gnollish Paramour Huroc to whom despite his dreams of conquest it became increasingly apparent with the fall of the blood-queen Glackzana that the empire of Thay would be forever beyond his reach. So it was that across the great Sunrise Mounters the family would travel, beyond the furthest reaches of Thay and into the Hordlands where the Gnolls kin would find him welcome and grant respite to the woman he had claimed as his.
As the years would pass, stories may filter into Thay from travelers and explorers into that region of a strange clan of Gnolls. The "Sons of White Fur" of which some members were clearly of a partly human decent. The leader of this clan would be told to carry a massive blade rippling with a terrifying power. To those who have had contact with members of this clan of the non-violent sort would hear tails that this blade once belonged to Glakzana and was given to its first leader.
As for Sila herself, the tales are silent. Some speculate that, like most escaped slaves, she had simply withered away slowly killed by the magic of the collar. Others speculate that she is still with the clan and has simply become so integrated into its culture that she has become hard to distinguish from the more human looking members of the tribe.
While the mystery may never be definitively answered there is perhaps some strange credence to the latter argument. A single adventurers story of a human looking woman of the clan responding to a cry in Gnollish tongue.... "Sila"
