Dropping down into a makeshift tunnel, they enter a magical portal, finding themselves in yet another set of underground tunnels. Upon reaching the tunnel's end, they climb up into a hole in the ceiling as Alaor Legionnaires and Salamanders are fighting in the Alaor Legion Barracks in Red Keep. 1359 DR 21 Hammer - The Temple of Waukeen in Tyraturos hosted a trade fair.  Putting in appearances were Tharchion Dimon, Autharch Patana Dias, Ander Stonar of the Iron Throne, Asp (who works for Zulkir Maligar) and Goldie the Priestess of Waukeen.  Among those attending were Autharch Mardikan, Sergeant Iron Fang, Im'rae Torviir, Apprentice Enzo, Kira, Luna, Gawain and Blaze.  The Tharchion announced that a future Trade Fair would be held, and that all should spread word.  He also noted that the Tyraturos Legion would be arranging for a bandit cleansing along the roads leading from Tyraturos, which would include tracking down some of the Black Fang gnolls.

1359 DR 2 Alturiak - Starting from the Temple of Lolth in Bezantur, the following Iron Throne, House Torvirr and assorted mercenaries led newly converted human priestess safely to the Underdark:  Sergeant Steelscar of Tyraturos, Iron Throne member Night Hawke,  Iron Throne member Zorris, half-orc Fang'Zuwar, Sergeant Ironfang of Bezantur, Apprentice Balthazar, Faerlyn Torvirr of House Torvirr, Im'rae Torvirr of House Torvirr and slave Pylia E'lin.

1359 DR 22 Alturiak - The city of Tyraturos became swarmed with undead originating from the Necropolis. The investigation led to a Necromancer raising an army in the lower section of the crypt, eventually having his own life taken by a group of adventurers. The city was saved by: Aibekk Venfront, Dirissa, Roland Walker, and Saoirse Rikki Kaijadottr.

1359 DR 16 Ches - Tharchion Dimon had the legion make a push to clear the roads leading out of Tyraturos of bandits and other troubles, to help with merchants and commerce.  A group of mercenaries, led by a Tyraturos Sergeant, cleared the road heading to Amruthar.  They came across one of the halfling Briarwood Brothers, who turned out to be a shifter, and fled from the group.  They wiped out a good number of the Briarwood Brothers' marauders, as well as a good number of the Black Fang gnoll pack and their canine forces.  During the trip, the group also heard a wolf howl in the distance upon occasion, but it was unclear if they came across the wolf doing the howling. Asp paid the group an additional bounty for bringing in a captured sub-chief (beta) of the Black Fang. alive.  The group discovered that the gnolls have a leader they call Alpha, and that the Briarwood Brothers tended to hang out near the Abandoned Mines north of Bezantur recently.  The group was rewarded with some coin pooled together from the Tharch and the Temple of Waukeen.  The next step would be coordinating with the Priador Legion and seeing if they would be willing to investigate the Briarwood Brothers.  The group included Sergeant Steelscar (Tyraturos), Sergeant Iron Fang (Priador), Blaze (Flaming Brazier), Ariadne (Citadel of Stratagem) and Shevanna (of Gauros).

1359 DR 14 Tarsakh - Suspicious activity around Thazar Keep was investigated by adventurers hired by Castellan Joriah Fettel. It was revealed that a newly arrived Cult of Ibrandul from Calimshan was behind recent caravan attacks and disappearances along Shar's Pass leading up to the Keep. Those who investigated were: Gawain, Faerlyn, Lucinda, Meri, Mardikan, Steelscar, Ironfang, Delia, Raelin, Aethon and Taygra.

1359 DR 25 Tarsakh - A group of four (Captain Nulara of the Lancers, Iron Throne members Zorris and Hawke, and Faerlyn of House Torvirr) helped fulfill a subcontract for the Iron Throne for spores and myconid pieces, and also make travel a little safer in the tunnels by, at least for the short term, wiping out a colony of myconids, who seemed riled up as if their territory had previously been intruded upon.  A group of slaves helped carry the pieces out and back to civilization.

1359 DR 5 Mirtul - Suspicious activity around Dillomat's Tower in Tyraturos by the Cult of Ibrandul was investigated by Tribune Aethon Tane, the elves Aruil'rah'ri Duin'eplith and Lylia, the drow Chakos Mizzrym, Autharch Mardikan, wanderer Taygra Tigerfist and the slave Delia. The cult was driven from the tower.

1359 DR 9 Mirtul - A group of adventurers were tasked with finding and returning as many gems as they could find for Daeroness Nymia Focar, Autharch of Pyarados. The reason behind this assignment is unknown. The group took out several members of the Cult of Imbrandul and their creations. The Kepetur and the two towers that mark the landscape were cleared of all Imbrandul followers. The victorious adventurers were Gawain Reynn, Pillar of Kossuth Blaze Thornson and the slave Delia.

1359 DR 14 Mirtul - A Red Wizard was escorted to the Eltabbar Sepulcher for secretive information using the Mysterious Tome. The tome's contents led the group to an abandoned home a few leagues away from Nethentir. After the disposal of a few apparitions, the Red Wizard finally claimed what he was looking for. What exactly all the items were and what their purpose was for, no one seems to know. The group who helped this nameless Red Wizard were: Tribune Aethon Tane, Delia the Slave, Tribune Mardikan, and Meriamble Nimblefoot.

1359 DR 28 Kythorn - Tharchion Valerios Theokillos sponsored a joust competition in his home city of Pyarados.  Foul weather threatened the activities but a Red Wizard of the Griffon Legion turned it aside for a time.  After the competition was done, Gavros Mediocros reported the Cult of Ibrandul activity again in Shar's Pass to his uncle Valerios.  The Tharchion dispatched Autharch Mardikan of The Priador, Tribune Aethon Tane of High Thay, Darnell Reese of the House of the Hand, wanderer Taygra Tigerfist and the slaves Delia and Honoria Reynn to investigate.  Again the Cult was put down and evidence was found tying this cell of the cult to the one that invaded Dillomat's Tower.

1359 DR 13 Flamerule - Gavros Mediocros, nephew of Tharchion Valerios Theokillos, leads an expedition to the headwaters of the Surag River and eradicates a cell of the Cult of Ibrandul.  The following mercenaries assisted in this mission:  Red Wizard Agosto, Autharch Mardikan, wanderer Taygra Tigerfist, the hin Bungo Hornblower and the slaves Honoria Reynn and Delia.

1359 DR 18 Flamerule - Following the clues in the journal of the halfling hero Tedal, Bungo Hornblower of Hinhome journeyed to the realm of Undrek'Thoz and recovered the fabled blade Sting from their spider pits.

1359 DR 20 Flamerule - Captain Nulara Nephtys of the Dread Lancers lead a group (including Korgan, Arvir and Lamek Gurza) in a cooperative mission with the Pyarados Legion to capture some elves who were associates of an elf who had attempted to poison the mount food supply being delivered to the Lancer legion.  A handful of elves were captured and turned over to the slave market.

1359 DR 1 Eleasias - Drow legion patrols outside the segment of Jenn'Yxir have encountered the Cult of Ibrandul performing rituals to their strange god and disrupting trade.  While the immediate threat to the segment was put down by the efforts of Sergeant Zynkarlla Kel'torturzka and duergar Ironhead Bloodbeard, evidence was found of a much larger grouping deeper in the Underdark.

1359 DR 13 Eleasias - The duergar Korgan and tiefling Arvir raided a building that was being occupied by the Cult of Ibrandul outside the walls of Pyarados.  They found the cultists had been slain already, and rescued two hostages who turned out to be from Nethjet. Apparently, while gathering things from Nethjet's extensive network of tombs (blink dog blood, darkness demon teeth, essence of wraith) one of the cultists found and ate some strange looking orange and green mushrooms.  Upon returning to Pyarados, the cultist apparently was transformed, or used as a vessel, for the fabled Pumpkin King to be reborn, and upon his return he slew the cultists and escaped down into the sewers.  While apparently the Pumpkin King left to head to Nethjet, he left behind some oozing pumpkin guts, shambling pumpkins, and a pumpkin prince in the sewers, which were eliminated.  Nethjet beware!

1359 DR 1 Eleint - A group, consisting of Blaze Thorrson (faithful of Kossuth), Ariadne Imholas (Temple of Strategem), Korgan Stonesack (Iron Throne), Lyla Davis (faithful of Torm), Arvir Andmong, and Argali (concerned Thayan citizen), answered the call from Nethjet and entered the barrows, defeating the Pumpkin King (for now).

1359 DR 17 Eleint - Heeding a call for assistance from Priestess of Selune of Thazar Keep; the tiefling Arvir Andmong, Bungo Hornblower of Hinhome, Korgan Stonesack of the Iron Throne, Tribune Aethon Tane of High Thay, Autharch Mardikan of Murbant, wanderer Tigra Tigerfist and the slaves Delia and Honoria Reynn found the Keep once again under assault from the Cult of Ibrandul and the rogue Red Wizard known only as the Masked One. Despite their best efforts, a powerful magic was unleashed that caused the Keep to disappear! Now nothing stands between Thay and the Endless Wastes.

1359 DR 18 Eleint - Following the disappearance of Thazar Keep, the rogue Red Wizard known as the Masked One is labeled an enemy of Thay and to be attacked on sight. Also, the worship of Ibrandul is punishable by slavery for the first offense and death in the second.

1359 DR 27 Eleint - Nulara Nephtys of the Dread Lancers makes the rank of Tribune.

1359 DR 11 Marpenoth - While patrolling the now vacant Thazar Pass, the Pyarados legion known as Shar's Kiss is destroyed by invading Tuigan  Organized by the powerful and charismatic Yamun Khahan, they have turned their sights on conquering Thay.  Only the hin Nyxtana Sparklegem, the handsome Dustin Nulent, the mysterious tiefling Arvir Andmong, the seductive tiefling Sahiri Xorveth, the grouse duergar Korgan Stonesack, the drow zealot Zyn'karlla Kel'torturzka and the elven archer Ferra De Vanna survived the attack.  The marks the beginning of the Horde campaign.

1359 DR 23 Marpenoth - Sabass of Thay (a powerful Researcher Red Wizard) met with the priest of Kossuth Blaze and the slave Delia. Delia gave Sabass a summoning stone the cult of Ibrandul had used. Sabass was able to use a Divining Pool in which he and Blaze located an intact Thazar Keep "somewhere" in the Underdark. They parted, with Sabass saying that he will be researching how to bring it back to the surface.

1359 DR 28 Marpenoth - While dealing some minotaurs and other Underdark denizens that had been under the control of mind flayers who followed a yet to be found mind flayer lich named Alkazarka, a group (Yathrin Quarra Det'tar, Malus Ironhand, Dustin Nulent, and Nyxtana Sparklegem) discovered that Thazar Keep had been moved to the Underdark, near the Jenn'Yxir segment.

1359 DR 4 Uktar - Alongside Cavalry and infantry legions from Pyarados with the aid of summoned fire and earth elementals a group of adventurer's drove back the Tuigan Horselords. After a fearsome and bloody fight did they succeed in making the Horde retreat, with just their commander and only 100 men of his 5000 strong force. Tribune Aethon Tane led the band of Taygra Tigerfist, Dustin Nulent, Ferra De Vanna, Arvir Andmong and Delia to this small victory. With the words from the commander that they will be back.

1359 DR 18 Uktar - General Batu Min Ho of the Tuigan horde leads another force of 5000 men into the pass where Thazar Keep once stood. Pyarados counters by assigning 10000 gnoll foot soldiers, Red Wizard Griffon Legion and assorted skilled mercenaries under the command of Tribune Gavros Mediocros. Outnumbering the barbarians 2 to 1 victory was assured until they realized they were drawn into a trap and slain by archers high on the valley walls. In what is later to be called the Illustrious Battle(to the Tuigan) or the Battle of the Griffon Legion(to the Thayans), Thay suffers a massive defeat that sees the Red Wizard Griffon Legion and most of the legion strength of Pyarados destroyed. Among the survivors were Tribune Aethon Tane, Autharch Mardikan, wanderer Taygra Tigerfist, wizard Shevarra Ryernina, duergar Korgan Stonesack, hin Bungo Hornblower and the slaves Honoria Reynn and Delia. Tribune Gavros Mediocros, nephew of Pyarados Tharchion Valerios Theokillos, is slain in battle.

1359 DR 1 Nightal - Some merchants of Pyarados arranged to hire some mercenaries to help take care of some Tuigan scouting/raiding parties to help keep trade flowing until the full force of the Thay could be brought to bear upon the invading horde.  The group included Dustin, Ysolde Helgisdotter, Ariadne Imthalos and Laele Det'tar.

1359 DR 6 Nightal - The battle of Thazar Keep began and ended in a matter of hours. The amount of Drider corpses that laid inside and out the walls resembled almost a month's worth of combat. Undrek'Thoz is unkind to everyone. But with the help of Tribune Aethon Tane, Korgan Stonesack, Malus Ironhand, Nyxtana Sparklegem, Thangardt Bloodbeard, and Faerlyn Torvirr and her soldiers, Thazar Keep continues to survive the dark depths below ground. The surviving legionnaires are tended to by the priest and priestess of Selune, though their numbers are running thin...

1359 DR 12 Nightal - Under the leadership of Zulkir Szass Tam, a unified Thayan army descends upon Shar's Pass to confront the Tuigan horde.  Instead of warfare, the Zulkir meets with Yamun Khahan and manages to convince him to take his horde northward and attack Rashemen instead.  In exchange, Thay offers the services of four Red Wizards, Tribune Aethon Tane of High Thay, Autharch Mardikan of the Priador and former Gladiatores Magnus Honoria Reynn.  Witnessing this parlay were Korgan Stonesack, Amelia Kalin and the slave Delia.

1359 DR 13 Nightal - Following his demotion from Tharchion of Pyarados, Valerios Theokillos has been spotted touring Thay and rewarding those who served the Tharch against the Tuigan horde. These items come from his own personal treasure hoard that he acquired from his adventuring days. It is rumored that he has been ordered to do so by the Zulkir Council as further punishment for his mishandling of the invasion.

1359 DR 21 Nightal - Sabass of Thay met with Omniscience Blaze Thornson, the slave Delia, Korgan Stonesack, and Lyla Devis to discuss the plan to return Thazar Keep. A list of components were given, with a few needing to still be collected.

1359 DR 25 Nightal - The Temple of Helm provided a lead about the location of a Death Knight one of its members had wounded in a wide-ranging battle.  An unknown hooded Red Wizard was seen briefly prior to the head of the temple speaking to adventurers at the Rusty Anchor.  Omniscience Blaze Thornson and the slave Delia tracked the Death Knight down and finished the job, recovering its heart and a scroll of displacement, which were sent to Sabass of Thay.

1360 DR 1 Hammer - Nymia Focar becomes the new Tharchion of Pyarados. Hovros Galambos reopens the Griffon Legion of Pyarados. To attract raw recruits, the legion is no longer a Red Wizard faction but accepts all classes and races that can ride a mount to its ranks.

1360 DR 2 Hammer - In preparation for war with Rashemen, Tharchioness Azhir Kren hires wizardess Ziarya Uras'Thule, Iron Throne members Night Hawke and Korgan Stonesack, and adventurers Alex Hindura and Victoria Nefzen to perform some reconnaissance of Mulsanyaar plateau.

1360 DR 4 Hammer - Working with priests of Selune, Sabass of Thay devises a magical incantation to free Thazar Keep from its cavernous prison and return it to the surface. He hires Lyla Devis, Ziarya Uras'Thule, Victoria Nefzen, Alex Hindura, Delia, Blaze Thornson, Korgan Stonesack and Amelia Kalin to journey to Shar's Pass and recite the spell. Enduring waves of shadow monsters, the adventurers are successful and the Keep is restored.

1360 DR 6 Hammer - There are rumors on the streets of Bezantur that a handful of captives managed to escape the Citadel of Correction.  Those rumors are brushed off by the Legion as nothing more than tall tales.

1360 DR 20 Hammer - Tarissa Rift, Apprentice to Red Wizard Edwin Odesseiron, traveled from Tyraturos to Bezantur. She and those she traveled with (Nerilynn, Viktor Gravenson, and Tarissa's familiar Kernal the Quasit) ran into some dretches, manes and tieflings along the way.  More importantly, they discovered a small open gateway to the Abyss, through which the lesser demons were traveling.  It was unclear who had opened it. They managed to close it before anything more powerful came through... or did they?

1360 DR 25 Hammer - Tharchioness Azhir Kren of Gauros led her legion and a group of mercenaries in a raid of the Rashemen village of Black Rock.  The village under her control with little resistance, she then sent Red Wizard Agosto, Thayan Knight Agosto, Korgan Stonesack and Zorris Maledos of the Iron Throne, Tribune Nulara Nephtys of the Ebon Lancers, Alex Hindura, Victoria Nefzen, Amelia Kalin and dwarf Kezad Leigrim to the black towers of Omvudurth to forge an alliance with the goblins of Chieftain Omvurr.  Gauros legion now has a firm foothold into southern Rashemen.

1360 DR 28 Hammer - The Beggar of Tyraturos had been tasked with testing some of his recent recruits. No one knows by whom, or for what reason, or even if this was the final test. Those enduring his test were Unkdaz, Amelia Kelin, Garth Steele, Viktor Gravenson and Victoria Nefzen.

1360 DR 16 Alturiak - An enlarged Werebear was seen in the Amruthar Outskirts, killing many of the Thayan civilians. It was eventually taken down by Griffon Legionnaire Victoria Nefzen.

She and those she traveled with (Legionnaire Viktor Gravenson, Unkdaz the fish-wielding goblin, Alex Hindura and Amelia Kalin) ran into some dretches, manes, demon dogs, khaasta and a succubus along the way.  They discovered a second gateway to the Abyss, through which the lesser demons were traveling. It was unclear who had opened it, although some runestone pieces may provide a clue. They managed to close it before anything more powerful came through...or did they?

1360 DR 19 Alturiak - The Iron Lord of Rashemen Hyarmon Hussilthar led his forces against Tharchioness Azhir Kren of Gauros north of the village of Black Rock.  The Thayan army successfully repelled the attack, but it is rumored that the Iron Lord and his trusted advisor skirted around the battle and entered Thay itself for unknown reasons!  Present at the battle were:  Amelia Kalin, Thangar Bloodbeard, Alex HIndura, Unkdaz, Night Hawke, Victoria Nefzen, Raelin Duskshadow, Korgan Stonesack and Aligonda Fyreheart.

1360 DR 11 Ches - Apprentice Tarissa Rift, under orders from Red Wizard Edwin Odesseiron, was escorted into the Sepulcher at Eltabbar by the quasit Kernal, Zorris Maledos of the Iron Throne, Korgan Stonesack of the Iron Throne, Errant Rook, and the halflings Calkin Wildwood and Nyx. She was protected sufficiently from undead, and waves of demons, including a vrock, so she could perform a ritual to read from a powerful tome there, to obtain information connected to the runestone pieces and the powerful demonic influence behind the portals. They then safely escorted her back inside Eltabbar, where she and Master Edwin now work to decipher the mystery.

1360 DR 12 Ches - After destroying Citadel Rashemar and piercing the heart of Rashemen, the Tuigan Horde makes camp upon the shores of Lake Ashane.

1360 DR 13 Ches - The invasion of Rashemen stalls due to constant blizzards over the plateau of Mulsanyaar. Zulkir Szass Tam’s Legion of Cyric is unable to get much further than the Gorge of Gauros due to freezing weather to support the invasion. The Iron Lord Hyarmon Hussilthar was unable to broker a deal with a Bheur within the border of Thay to extend the blizzard into the Tharch of Gauros, potentially turning the tide of war. The following Thayan negotiators were able to align the Bheur with the Tharch of Gauros instead: Red Wizard Agosto, Thayan Knight Agosto, Korgan Stonesack, Raelin Duskshadow, Thangardt Bloodbeard, Amelia Kalin, Zorris Maledos, Victoria Nefzen, Yhiiirkon T'orgha and Sasha.

1360 DR 14 Ches - An adventurer came to Tyraturos, telling tales of great deeds and valour against many demons. Unsure of the adventurer's intentions, the tales led them to Dilomat's Tower, where they battled demons before he disappeared with a guttural laugh. The adventurers lured into this tale were, Sergeant Victoria Nefzen of the Griffon Legion, Unkdaz the fish wielding goblin, Sasha, Amelia Kalin, Knight Hawke of the Iron Throne and Korgan Stonesack of the Iron Throne. Was this the last they saw of Ol' Jed?

1360 DR 15 Ches - After battling what seemed a sinking ship from Thasselen to Bezantur, the group was met with a Red Wizard, looking for his handmaiden and a magic staff she had stolen. The adventurers took on his offer in return for help with a treasure map they hold. 1360 DR 25 Ches - The Fangs of Rashemen moved against the Tuigan, meeting them in the epic Battle of the Lake of Tears. Unprepared in camp, the Tuigan were taken by surprise and fell back in disorder only to be struck from the rear by witchboat mounted forces. The Red Wizards saved Yamun Khahan's army by parting the waters of Lake Ashane, allowing the nomads to retreat in relative safety into Thesk.

1360 DR 1 Tarsakh - The Gypsies pack up and continue their journey west towards Impiltur.

1360 DR 4 Tarsakh - The runestone markings were deciphered.  It was learned that they are ones used by cults to Demogorgon.  Red Wizard Edwin Odesseiron tasked a group to escort Apprentice Tarissa Rift to the abandoned tower of Zhengyi, a former Red Wizard who had left Thay about 300 years ago and become a lich witch-king (although the tales say he perished in the last couple of years).  Zhengyi was devoted to Orcus, and the thought was to seek out aid from this, and other, of Demogorgon's enemies.  To that end, the group (Korgan Stonesack of the Iron Throne, Nell faithful of Ilmater, Unkdaz the fish wielding goblin and Amelia Kalin aided the apprentice and her familiar, Kernal, in recovering a jagged mirror, which in theory could be used to contact either Orcus or those who serve Orcus.  They fought off assorted undead and demons in the tower, along with an attack by some ettins and the Blood Drinker pirates (cannibals) outside it.

1360 DR 6 Tarsakh - Nature itself seemed to turn against the Legion of Gauros as the invaders were forced to withdraw from the Rashemen village of Blackrock. With the Horde previously driven out, this marks the end of foreign occupation of that country. Present at the battle of Blackrock were: Thayan Knight Agosto, Amelia Kalin, Zorris Maledos, Victoria Nefzen, Night Hawke, Alex Hindura and Unkdaz.

1360 DR 7 Tarsakh - Ol' Jed stood by his word and took the adventurers Unkdaz the fish wielding goblin and Night Hawke of the Iron Throne deep into Dilomat's Tower and onto the Warrior's Rest. His instructions were to find the portal out once they reached the plane. They soon found the portal and returned to the Keep of Sorrows, where they struck a deal that they would find other allies to aid in the biggest battle yet. The adventurers are to wait for word from Ol' Jed again.

1360 DR 24 Tarsakh - Mistress Sheree Jorino called for aid in the retrieval of a scroll that she wanted. The adventurers that successfully completed her task were, Aleczia Al-Kithyarii, Aviel Darkblood, Kothan Ikar and Lavidiet Ianus. On departing she told them she would seek them out again.

1360 DR 25 Tarsakh - Master Sergeant Martin of Bezantur is rumored to have had to inflict some harsh discipline on a legionnaire who had been assigned to the Citadel of Corrections.  On a lighter note, a goblin legionnaire spotted a group of people catching a black cat outside of the Central Citadel.  Additionally on this date, there was some sort of commotion at an apparently not so abandoned house in Tyraturos.  Legionnaires found many dead bodies, stripped of any valuables, as well as a shattered mirror.

1360 DR 27 Tarsakh - High Priest Dhimar of the Temple of Myrkul hires a band of mercenaries to journey to Umratharos to investigate the true origins of the Crown of Horns. They learn that the artifact is an artifact of the Surrakh and that more can be discovered within the buried ruins beneath the city. Cast of Characters: Aviel Darkblood, Ziarya Uras'Thule, Nell, Unkdaz, Alex Hindura, Kothan Ikar, Raskan Torre, Hara Willenthendt, Victoria Nefzen, Zolis Halav, Lucinda Alatorie

1360 DR 2 Mirtul - Apprentice Tarissa Rift had a group escort her and Kernal the Quasit to the Tower of Sabass in Thay.  They fought off a demon and ettin attack on the way, and after delivering the apprentice, delved into the crypts to follow up on rumors of a powerful sword against demons.  They fought off demons and undead, and found two blades that did have some magic to them, but neither the Blessed Blade nor Bishop Greatsword were not on the level of a relic.  The apprentice thanked them for their efforts and said further work would be upcoming in the Underdark, as well as to deal with the Blood Drinkers, pirate cannibals pledged to Demogorgon. The group consisted of Laele Det'tar, Unkdaz the fish-wielding goblin, Sergeant Viktor Gravenson of the Griffon Legion, Kothan Ikor, Alex Hindura, Sasha, Thangardt Bloodbeard, Nell, and Aviel Darkblood.

1360 DR 5 Mirtul - A commotion in Central Tyraturos caused Aleczia Al-Kithyarii, Kothan Ikar, Lavidiet Ianus and Sasha to investigate the matter. The blacksmith Olaf Steeleye was in rage having some of his crafting material stolen by bandits. The bars of steel, iron and mithril were eventually returned from the Abandoned Mine and were rewarded with a custom-made item from Steeleye.

1360 DR 7 Mirtul - A group of Iron Throne members (Zorris Maledos, Night Hawke, Korgan Stonesack) took care of a safe house for the remainder of those behind the attack on their caravan in the past, and foiled a plan to use trained magically enlarged griffons to drop explosive siege ammunition on a couple of targets in Thay, including the Iron Throne guild hall.  If the stories are to be believed, a large explosion in the sky along the road between Amruthar and Tyraturos was the result of a bow shot to the payload of one of the griffons in flight, rather than some arcane experiment.  The three were each awarded with the Runestone of Distinction guild award for their service to the Iron Throne.

1360 DR 14 Mirtul - A message was sent out to available adventurers to rid some "evil beings". The group that gathered to meet this mysterious person were: Fenian Lanae, Grax Crackedfangs, Morghun Dellend, Sergeant Viktor Gravenson, Ylyete Arner, and Zolis Halav. The messenger was but a boy, named Tomar, who was seeking revenge on all lycans for the death of his mother. He, along with the group of adventurers, travelled near the cliffs of the First Escarpment where reports of a group of lycans were spotted, and struck down all that were there.

1360 DR 25 Mirtul - Apprentice Tarissa Rift helped arrange for a group to wipe out some Blood Drinker pirates and demons.  The group included Laele Det'tar, Alex Hindura, Kothan Ikar, Hara Willenthendt, Nell, Zolis Halav, Aviel Darkblood, Thangardt Bloodbeard and Raelin Darkshadow.  The group found evidence at a shipwreck that the Blood Drinkers had been learning about demon summoning, and had apparently worked out how to summon a glabrezu.  They were still exploring how to summon a balor, and something else.  The group also found a painting (in blood) or what appeared to be Apprentice Rift on her previous trip to Eltabbar with those who escorted her also drawn.

1360 DR 23 Kythorn - High Priest Dhimar of Myrkul once again hires mercenaries to investigate the true origin of the Crown of Horns. This time the mercenaries explore the ancient Sarrukh ruins buried beneath Umratharos and uncover many unsettling secrets about this Creator Race. Many powerful magics from the Age of Thunder were activated during the exploration that will have lasting implications for all of Thay. Cast of Characters: Thangardt Bloodbeard, Hara Willenthendt, Aviel Darkblood, Aethon Tane, Korgan Stonesack, Nell, Lucinda Delamour, Zolis Halav, Victoria Nefzen, Morgun Dellend, Grax Crackedfangs, Alex Hindura and Ziarya Uras'Thule.

1360 DR 25 Kythorn - Citizens in Eltabbar are on edge as word gets around of an assassination in the Southwest district. The victim, however, was a known criminal and killer.

1360 DR 26 Kythorn - Apprentice Tarissa Rift and Omnipotence Edwin Odesseiron arranged for a group to take advantage of the openings created by the previous attack on the Blood Drinkers, by staging an assault into the caves.  Gawainn, Korgan Stonesack, Meri and Laele Det'tar successfully took out an array of demons and pirates, including Pegleg Pete, a Blood Drinker First Mate.  They also recovered most of a crate of books for the Temple of Oghma that the pirates had taken as part of a haul from a ship they had plundered.  Two books (one on Thayan genealogy and one a treatise analyzing Thayan battle tactics in past battles) were missing from the crate.  While at the caves, they also had a conversation via a mirror in Pegleg Pete's room with a death knight pledged to Demogorgon.  The knight ominously alluded to the demons already 'having gotten what they needed' from the Blood Drinkers.  Finally, an unusual signet ring was also discovered among some human remains and passed along to Apprentice Rift.

1360 DR 10 Flamerule - An extremely large Treant and its Pixie accomplice travelled to the outskirts of Pyarados looking for help with something affecting the Forested Valley. The group that gathered to meet them were: Alandar Greystag, Aviel Darkblood, Grax Crackedfangs, Marozia Corruptrix, Morghun Dellend, Thangardt Bloodbeard, Tozz, Ylyete Arner, and Apprentice Zolis Halav. Entering the forest the group was assaulted by feral animals. Deeper in the forest laid a curst sword, penetrating the ground. With the removal of the sword the forest slowly began to recover to its lush, green color.

1360 DR 18 Flamerule - An unconscious woman was found near Lake Umber and taken into the House of the Great Mother. Priestess Chana sent word for assistance, with Alex Hindura, Amelia Kalin, Hara Willenthendt, Nyx, Victoria Nefzen, and Viktor Gravenson answering the call. The woman was the travelling tarot card reader Ruby Perscnival, and it was surmised that she had been poisoned and embodied by something evil. Using the liquid from the Dreaming Pool from a previous excursion, the group was able to enter the mind of Ruby and experience her previous travels and encounters around Toril, while being ambushed by vampire spawns along the way. Upon reaching a room of numerous bookshelves of knowledge they found Maas, a half drow half vampire in search for the whereabouts of a weapon called The Blade that was locked inside Ruby's mind. 1360 DR 21 Flamerule - The rogue Red Wizard known as the Masked One assaults the Citadel alongside his minions.  It is rumored that he sought the powerful artifact called the Crown of Horns, but it evaded his grasp.  It is unknown where the Crown may have ended up....

1360 DR 25 Flamerule - Apprentice Tarissa Rift, under the watchful eyes of Omnipotence Edwin Odesseiron and Kernal the quasit, used the mirror found earlier in the abandoned tower of the deceased Master Zhengyi.  She first spoke with Ter-soth, a balor who serves Orcus and guards the way to his palace, before being passed along to Harthoon, a lich who serves as a Vizier for Orcus.  With others (Meri, Raelin Duskshadow, Ukndaz the fish-wielding goblin, Alex Hindura, Sergeant Viktor Gravenson of the Griffon Riders and Hara Willenthendt) contributing reasons for Orcus' forces to aid against the forces of Demogorgon, a deal was struck.  In return for the aid of some of Orcus' forces to attack those of Demogorgon's that were staging to come through to Thay, the Thayans would find a descendent of Zhengyi to pledge themselves to Orcus and then continue carrying on his work.  After some research by the group, it was discovered that while Zhengyi's original line was ended, there were two branches that had split off from his: Ghenzyi and Rift.  Tarissa confirmed that she had suspected such when her cousin's ring (containing symbolism of Zhengyi) had been recovered from the Blood Drinkers.  She said she would send out word for some to accompany her on a visit to her kin in the other branch at some point.

1360 DR 26 Flamerule - A group of adventurers helped the aging adventurer Ol' Jed to finally rid him of his nemesis and soul keeper. The group that destroyed the lich and his phylactery were: Morghun Dellend, Grax Crackedfang, Elizabethat Darkmore, Korgan Stonesack, Victoria Nefzen, Blaze Thornson and the goblins Unkdaz and Tozzo. Finally allowing a tortured soul to find peace.

1360 DR 22 Eleint - Apprentice Tarissa Rift, accompanied by Kernal the quasit, returned from the Underdark.  She hired a group to travel with her as she visited members of the Ghenzyi line to see if they would pledge to follow Orcus to fulfill the requirements of earlier dealings with Orcus' vizier.  The group escorting her included Sergeant Viktor Gravenson of the Griffon Riders, Korgan Stonesack of the Iron Throne, Unkdaz the fish-wielding goblin, the halfling Meri Nimblefoot, the gnoll Grax Crackedfangs, Alex Hindura, Morghun Dellend, Avield Darkblood, Medea Darkheart, the orc Chunk and the slave Hara Willenthendt.  Omnipotence Jarvon Ghenzyi visited them at Redhall, and declined the offer as he was already pledged to Hoar and believed the Thayan forces could drive back any demons without further aid.  They then visited his nephew, Apprentice Preston Ghenzyi.  They found demons at the home of the apprentice and after slaying them, found the apprentice's corpse.  His soul was beyond revival.  They then set out to meet with Omnipotence Kareena Ghenzyi and her nephew, Apprentice Corvin Ghenzyi.  Apprentice Rift's group had been followed to the meeting place and was attacked by a few waves of demons and ettins, but the group prevailed.  They then met and Omnipotence Kareena Ghenzyi turned down the possibility, as she believed between Kossuth (her faith) and the undead of Thay, they would not need the aid.  However, Apprentice Corvin, who is fascinated with research about how undeath and demons mix, was interested and agreed to take up the offer on one condition - if Tarissa recovered a balor bone for him.  She agreed (relieved that she did not have to be the one to consider pledging to Orcus), and he indicated he would send her the location of where this bone lay sealed up once his research into that was completed, which should be shortly.

1360 DR 6 Marpenoth - Master Sergeant Jarlcoft residing in the Smoking Keep called all available adventurers to help control a prison break in the Keep's dungeon. Castellan Aethon Tane, Fenian Lanae, Madea Darkheart, gladiator Tammi and Apprentice Ziarya Uras'Thule gathered to meet the Master Sergeant, being informed that the cause of this jailbreak were Rust Monsters. Successfully clearing out the dungeon and ridding two enlarged Rust Monsters, the group found the corpse of a Red Wizard Apprentice. In his possession was a shredded note with only a few readable words that the group surmised was some sort of experimentation gone wrong. With many of the Smoking Keep's cells now deteriorated, old and new prisoners are transferred to Thralgard Keep while work begins to reinforce the iron bars.

1360 DR 17 Marpenoth - Tharchion Homen Odesseiron of Surthay hired mercenaries to patrol the Surmarsh ruins after several attacks by well-organized lizardmen.  The mercenaries found the lizardmen there armed with sarrukh weapons and following a powerful sarrukh known only as The Herald.  Before he could be stopped, he completed a ritual that awakened dozens more surrakh beneath the ruins.  The mercenaries were driven off and The Herald survived the encounter.  Tharchion Homen Odesseiron will be organizing another raiding party to eliminate this ancient threat at a later date.  Cast of Characters:  Aveil Darkblood, Chunk, Meri, Aethon Tane, Maro'zia Corruptrix, Ziarya Uras'Thule, Zolis Halav, Mardikan, Victoria Nefzen, Korgan Stonesack, Hara Willenthendt and Kezad Leigrim.

1360 DR 20 Marpenoth - Narfell's Room House in Bezantur was attacked by the Scaled Shadows known as Scadows.  They were led by the powerful sarrukh known as The Herald.  The purpose of this attack was unknown.

1360 DR 21 Marpenoth - Mistress Sheree Jorino called for aid to collect certain components for a ritual to decipher the runic writings of a tome she was also seeking. Her apprentice had gone on ahead and set portals to various areas around Thay, taking the adventurers from the Ascendant's Sepulcher to Nethjet Barrows and onto Fraaszummdin in the Underdark. They collected the components and found the tome on the apprentice'sapprentices corpse. Bringing everything back using a portal that had been set back to Redhall. Mistress Jorino thanked them all, paying them for their service and sent them on their way. The adventurers involved were :- Autharch and Overseer Mardikan of the priador, Lieutenant Victoria Nefzen of the Griffon legion, apprentices Ziarya Uras'Thule and Zolis Halav, Calkin Wildwood, Morella Duvaal, Medea Darkheart and slave Hara Willenthendt.

Those in attendance were: Ezekiel Williams, Lestra Mourningbane, Lips, Medea Darkheart, Morella Duvaal, Viktor Gravenson, Yvonnel Naerth, and Zolis Halav. (with Aethon Tane in attendance for the meeting)
With the direction of the tharchion, the group traveled to the Bastion of the Morndinsamman to gather more information from clergy members Rarun Bouldershoulder and Xothor Hrothgarl Stoneshield. It was revealed that the undead were roaming the mines with one particular creature seemingly devouring them and creating an immense stench of death further down below. Fighting through to the deep mines, the group came upon a docile floating creature who helped guide the group to the eventual encounter of a lone man; the creature was later revealed as a Flumph. Threatened by the group, this mysterious man transformed into a monstrous creature known as an Avolakia, with the battle ensuing between the group, the creature and its undead cohorts. Finally slaying the creature and the undead, the group returned to the Bastion and to Thralgard Keep to inform the clergy members and tharchion Willeth of the mine's cleansing. The body of the Avolakia was taken by apprentice Zolis for research.

1360 DR 8 Nightal - Apprentice Ziarya Uras'Thule passes her trials and becomes a Red Wizard of Thay.

1360 DR 12-13 Nightal - Apprentice Tarissa Rift (accompanied by Kernal the Quasit) and Master Edwin Odesseiron arranged a two-pronged attack on the demons.  One group (Tribune Aethon Tane, Tribune Mardikan, the drow Laelle Dettar, Raelyn Duskshadow, Gawain Reynn and Honoria Reynn) traveled to the Abyss to take out Demogorgon's troops at two staging areas.  After the first area was cleared, Death Squire Gatarin challenged Laelle to a duel, which the drow won.  They restored Gatarin to existence, and true to his word, the squire provided his blade to Laelle, which led the group to the second staging area.  The battle there was much more fierce as more balors and mariliths were present, beyond the other fiends.  The group cleared the area, but saw a wave of balor, marilith and other fiends bearing down on them.  But Kernal arrived in the nick of time so the return portal could be accessed.  One marilith made it through the portal as well, but was dispatched.

Meanwhile, the second group (Apprentice Zolis Halav, Lieutenant Viktor Gravenson, Ezekial Williams, Nyx, Calkin Wildwood, Aviel Darkblood, Lestra Mourningbane, Gelias Spites and Medea Darkheart) traveled via portal to a place in the plains of Thay.  There, they cleared the area of the immediate demonic threat, and then, at a bottleneck, held back some attacks by more demons and ettin.  They returned successful after Kernal appeared to tell them the missions were a success.

Both groups received some aid (zombie lords sent by Orcus, and hezrou sent by Graz'zt).  Apprentice Rift told both groups she wanted to provide something special to them at a future date to thank them for their efforts.  However, after Apprentice Rift said this to the second group, she was whisked off to the Trials.  Whether she will be seen again is unknown at this time....

1360 DR 16 Nightal - Tharchion Homen Odesseiron of Surthay hired a large group of mercenaries to purge the sewers beneath his city of lizardmen insurgents attacking from the Surmarsh swamps.  Successful in this endeavor, he then directed the mercenaries to join his legion in a siege of the lizardmen stronghold in the swamps.  The siege proved unsuccessful as the lizardmen were led by their Sarrukh masters and the black dragon slaves they commanded.  The legion of Surthay was forced into retreat.  Cast of Characters:  Ziarya Uras'Thule, Zolis Halav, Morella Duvaal, Medea Darkheart, Calkin Wildwood, Chunk, Nyx, Thangardt Bloodbeard, Lestra Mouringbane, Taygra Tigerfist, Night Hawke, Aviel Darkblood, Ezekiel Williams, Hara Willenthendt.

Together with the Ghost of Myrkul from the Crown of Horns, they devise a plan to travel to the pocket dimension within the Source Stone and slay the diminished avatar of the World Serpent. The mercenaries are successful in slaying the ancient god of the Sarrukh which in return destroys the Source Stone and ends the Eternal Summer that had come across the tharch of Surthay. Their plan to restore their god to full stature foiled and the cold bite of winter making their actions sluggish, the remaining Sarrukh retreat through a portal and abandon their attack on Surthay. The mercenaries are lauded as heroes. The Champions of Surthay are: Ziarya Uras'Thule, Medea Darkheart, Raelin Duskshadow, Aethon Tane, Ezekiel Williams, Balthazar Baxter, Calkin Wildwood, Taygra Tigerfist, Zolis Halav, Viktor Graveson, Aviel Darkblood and Ylete Arner.

She thanked them for their service to Thay against Demogorgon's demons and indicated she will be making arrangements to thank others who had assisted as well. - The Iron Lord of Rashemen Hyarmon Hussilthar led his forces against Tharchioness Azhir Kren of Gauros north of the village of Black Rock.

With three clues on hand, the group deduced each of their locations and uncovered an item for each clue: A trident submerged in the Murbant Sea Caves, a robe in the Kepetur Prayer Tower Ruins, and a feathered hat in Umratharos' Watering Hole tavern. The group then travelled to the Smoking Keep dungeons, where the map led them to find the treasure, and they stumbled upon a man in a jail cell. Langley Ruffles, a mischievous and (questionably) personable pirate who revealed the entire treasure hunt was his master plan as a means for others to gather his belongings and break him out of jail. In exchange for his freedom (thanks to Red Wizard Uras'Thule and Tharchion Willeth Lionson) he offered his buried treasure, which he eventually led the group to in the southern Alaor Isle. Returning to Tortuga to inform the queen, Langley's arrival with the group displeased her and her husband greatly, having known each other for years and clearly did not part ways on good terms. The queen refused her share of the treasure, not wanting any connection to Langley, and Langley eventually parted ways with the queen and the group.
Epilogue: After informing the queen about the "fake" treasure map, the remaining group left the Rum Runner to find Langley and a hill giant by a large boat. Huzza, the giant, and Langley set sail away from Tortuga...

There were not the signs of broken branches along this route, as there were along the previous route. The group consisted of Captain Ezekiel Williams of Tyraturos, Thayan Knight Viktor Gravenson, Bishop Ariadne Imthalos faithful of the Red Knight, Priestess Erica Ashby of the Eltabbar Temple of Loviatar (and her slave Keerla), Kyesha Jorn of the Temple of Lloth (Bezantur branch), and Unkdaz the fish-wielding goblin. Ghordon is at the temple awaiting a ceremony to change his luck.

1361 DR 26 Uktar - While Ghordon Farmer had his family's curse of misfortune removed by the Temple of Tymora, they could not fix his natural state of being clumsy, and he tripped and stumbled into a portal. A group followed to an Uncharted Island, and successfully returned him after defeating a young sea dragon, and other denizens of the island. The group included Captain Ezekiel Williams of Tyraturos, Thayan Knight Viktor Gravenson, Yathmalla Quarra Det'tar of the Temple of Lloth in Undrek'Thoz, Priestess Erica Ashby of the Eltabbar Temple of Loviatar (and her slave Keerla), Kyesha Jorn of the Temple of Lloth (Bezantur branch), and Calkin Wildwood. Ghordon's sister, Ghalena, remains at the Temple of the Spider Queen in Bezantur for the time being.

1361 DR 19 Nightal - [font=Verdana][size=small]The Iron Throne, in light of attacks along the road between Tyraturos and Bezantur and rumors of dragon sightings, hired a group to escort a caravan carrying goods for the Legion there, as well as assorted temples and businesses. The group consisted of Red Wizard Ziarya Uras'Thule, Captain Ezekiel Williams of Tyraturos, Tribune Nulara Nephtys of the Dread Lancers, Hawke of the Iron Throne, Whipmistress Erica Ashby of the Eltabbar Temple of Loviatar (and her slave Keerla), Kyesha Jorn of the Temple of Lloth (Bezantur branch), and Kroth Hammerheart. They fended off bandits, fire beetles, Ibrandin dragons and gnolls on the way there. The wagons were safely seen to the White Sails Shipping warehouse for distribution, other than a wagon with Legion supplies which was delivered on the way. The group did find a were rat corpse, nibbled on by beetles, that was branded with some markings indicating the rat had been prey in a Malarite hunt.

1362 DR 7 Hammer - Tomar, a young boy from Amruthar, hired some adventurers to help exact revenge on lycans due to the death of his mother from a werebear. The group and boy travelled first to Pyarados to clear out two lycan hideouts in both the east and western district, then to Eltabbar to clear one in the southwest district. Searching through Eltabbar's hideout the group found a note leading to a probable base for these lycans in Bezantur. Upon arrival of this base the group found a man lynched, who unfortunately was Tomar's father, a Lapendrar legionnaire. Pinned to his hanging body was a note that said: "The boy is next". To put him to rest, it was decided to bring the body to the Flaming Brazier where he was cremated. The group that witnessed this were: Erica Ashby, Bael'vanrae, Victoria Nefzen, Geliaz Spites, Keerla Thiend, and Ezekiel Williams.

1362 DR 28 Hammer - A group of mercenaries helped the Trapper Kamrik collect the order of 50 live animals for his employer. The group aiding the Malar follower were - Unkdaz, the fish wielding goblin, Taygra Tigerfist, Knight Viktor Gravenson and Priestess Erica Ashby and her slave Keerla Thiend. Due to the recent events of other trappings in the forested valley, the animals and fey were angry and attacked the group on sight.

1362 DR 16 Alturiak - Red Wizard Tarissa Rift of Conjuration (and her quasit Kernal) hosted an arena games event in Eltabbar. Matches included an owl bear, donated by Omnipotence Gombdalla, against a darkenbeast that was captured in the wild (darkenbeast victorious), a large gnoll named Rorza, apparently part of Zulkir Maligor's gnoll troops, against a hezrou demon (Rorza victorious), and a wandering gnoll monk against a glabrezu (gnoll victorious). There were also participants from the audience, with Castellan Aethon Tane, Knight Viktor Gravenson, and Captain Ezekiel Williams all victorious. Others in attendance were Zulkir of Transmuation Maligor, his apprentice Jutta, Omnipotence Edwin Odesseiron of Conjuration, the Tharchioness of Eltabbar, Red Wizard Sadyrra Zydom of Transmutation, and Apprentice Corwin Ghenzyi of Necromancy. Still others included Omnipotence Enzo Agosot and his Knight Jalena Agosto, Omnipotence Uras'Thule, Yathmalla Quarra Det'tar, Whipmistress Erica Ashby and her slave Keerla, and Yvonnel of House Naerth. Omnipotence Rift mentioned she wished to speak to Laele, who was not in attendance, and asked for such a message to be passed along should anyone run into Laele. Apprentice Ghenzyi indicated he may have some work for hire coming up involving clearing a tower, or at least retrieving something from it.

1362 DR 12 Alturiak through 18 Alturiak - Rumors about that several temples in Bezantur have had strange occurrences over the course of a week's time. Lliira's temple discovered wine had been turned to or replaced with blood at a festival, several revelers at a Sharessian festival reported become violently ill after wining and dining, and Ilmater and Tyr's temples both reported discovering mummy wrappings mixed in with bandages. Rumor has it that Sune's temple discovered some perfumes and makeup resulted in rashes, but anyone affected as such chose not to make any public appearances until recovered. Other temples have been silent or denied any such things taking place within their temples. It is unclear if this is some general misfortune and streak of ill luck, or a series of pranks or some plot against temples.

1362 DR 3 Ches - Master Sergeant Martin of the Priador Legion called a meeting to help uncover the mystery of an unusual voice along the Alamber Coast just east of Bezantur. Those who answered the call (Aeweniel, Omnipotence Balthazar, Erica Ashby, Ezekiel Williams, Geliaz Spites, Keerla Thiend, Overseer Mardikan, Taygra Tigerfist, Yvonnel Naerth, Zant, and Omnipotence Uras'Thule) walked along the coast and eventually spotted a skull, a talking skull in fact. After notifying the Master Sergeant of the "culprit", the group attempted to find out more about this talkative skull, gaining information of its curse and murder that left it in its current state. Spouting its desire for fresh bones, the group (now with less adventurers than it started with) decided to accept its request and hunt for skeletal body parts in the Bezantur crypt. With all the necessary components to replicate a humanoid skeleton for the skull, the group made their way north to a place that specializes in the undead, Long Portage. There, High Priestess Servila Tam and the master of Long Portage, Omnipotence Kammnos Tam, would reassemble the skull with the new-found body parts, finally allowing the skull to move freely. However, upon trying to remove the full effects of the curse, an apparent rune placed on the skull would block any curse removal, keeping the skull as a skeleton until whoever placed said curse is killed. The skeleton, who now remembers his name as Richard Brake, would stay in Long Portage to help the Tam family as he tries to recall who placed the curse on him.

1362 DR 7 Ches - Apprentice Corwin Ghenzyi hired a group to recover a staff, and two books (magical theory and illithid information) from an abandoned tower on the Southern Alaor Isle that at one point belonged to the necromancer Zhengyi, before being claimed by Master Tazal Thaingard of Conjuration. During Thaingard's occupation, there was some mysterious event that resulted in explosion, fire and planar creatures inhabiting the tower. The group consisted of Omnipotence Uras'Thule, Knight Viktor Gravenson, Captain Ezekiel Williams, Whipmistress Erica Ashby and her slave Keerla, Meri Nimblefoot, Calkin Wildwood and the drow Yvonnel Naerth. On the trip back, a fox accompanied Calkin into the naval base for a time.

1362 DR 27 Ches - The Iron Throne hired some extra guards for a shipment to Amruthar and its Outskirts, given the recent increases in patrols along the road. The group consisted of the Iron Throne's Night Hawke, Whipmistress Erica Ashby from the Eltabbar Temple of Loviatar and her slave Keerla, Unkdaz the fish-wielding goblin, and Aeweniel. The group dealt with a couple of Zhent riders, some darkenbeasts, and other assorted bandits and troubles along the road. During the trip, the group at times felt as though they were being watched. The deliveries were made successfully. The last delivery included shipments of arms and armor to the tower in the Amruthar Outskirts, which were received by Apprentice Jutta, after she finished taking in some more captured gnolls from a slaver. The group saw Mudwort about, watching and then helping unload the goods. They also saw the gnoll Rorza who had fought in the arena the previous month. Unkdaz engaged in some conversation in goblin with Rorza briefly.

1362 DR 18 Tarsakh - A gathering was held by Tomar, the young Amruthar boy whose mother was slain by a werebear, to locate and rid of a shapechanger that has been targeting the child for months. After his initial findings through a scout mission with Griffon Rider Victoria Nefzen, they led the assembled group to a once-caved-in grotto in the Ruins of Surag where the shapechanger, named Jerik, and his accomplices were spotted. Once inside the group fought numerous lycans and eventually came face to face with Jerik, an enormous wereboar, and his strongest allies. While Jerik was eventually slain, the roaring battle made the cavern unstable as the ceiling began to cave in on itself, requiring the group to flee back outside just in time before its eventual collapse. With now no reason to look over his shoulder, Tomar left the group to begin his own journey to create a lycan hunting guild, vowing to rid any he finds so no one will have to experience the death that his mother went through. Those that helped Tomar through this were: Bael'vanrae, Calelruril Moonshadow, Erica Ashby, Ezekiel Williams, Geliaz Spites, Keerla Thiend, Victoria Nefzen, and Viktor Gravenson.

1362 DR 25 Tarsakh - A group was hired by Apprentice Jutta to investigate a missing delivery of gnolls coming from Nethwatch Keep to Maligor's Tower outside of Amruthar.  The group consisted of Castellan Aethon Tane of High Thay, Captain Ezekiel Williams of Tyraturos, Unkdaz the fish-wielding goblin, and Yvonne Naerth of Undrek'Thoz.  The group saw some of the gnolls, including Rorza and Mudwort, outside upon their arrival.  Before the group departed, Apprentice Jutta asked Captain Williams about the incident involving the ghouls, and indicated that her Master is always pleased to learn of any potential threats, like the underground crypt a few leagues away, that might impact his Tower and Thay.  The group found the carts that had been carrying the gnolls abandoned along the road.  They eventually came across the former captives, scattered across a couple of leagues, along with some wild gnolls who apparently had helped them escape.  The group found the remains of the drivers as well.  Around 20 to 30 gnolls were rounded up and hauled back to be turned over.

1362 DR 23 Mirtul - While waiting outside the tower on the Outskirts of Amruthar, the group saw Rehno Thane (apprentice to Zulkir Tam) pass by, indicating he was on a task under the orders of Zulkir Tam.
The group was hired by Apprentice Jutta on her Master's (Zulkir Maligor) behalf, to clear out the previously discovered buried crypts (that once housed ghouls) off the road a little between Amruthar and Nethwatch Keep  of anything that may have taken up residence since then.  Apprentice Jutta also mentioned that an Apprentice Zeon was looking to arrange an audience for his Master with Yathmalla Quarra Det'tar about some girl.  Once the group arrived at the crypts, they found some kobolds, charmed by myconids, along with some lingering undead, and cleared the crypt successfully.  The group was paid by Zulkir Maligor himself.  It consisted of Omnipotence Uras'Thule, Omnipotence Balthazar, Castellan Aethon Tane of High Thay, Captain Williams of the Tyraturos Legion, Omniscience Erica Ashby of the Eltabbar Temple of Loviatar and her slave Keerla, Unkdaz the fish-wielding goblin, Lorach the goblin, and the mute Katja.

1362 DR 22 Kythorn - Sergeant Dina Simson of the Priador Legion hired a group to track down a smuggler (Guffrik) who may have been involved with or know something about the White Sails Shipping warehouse break-in.  The group headed to a hiding place he used at times at the Thazarim River Estuary, and found the warehouse guard dog, four warehouse slave laborers, and Guffrik there.  However, all of them had been turned into zombies.  The group, thanks to Omniscience Ashby, was able to speak with the spirit of the fallen Guffrik and discovered he was not behind the warehouse break-in.  Some further leads were passed along to the Legion to look into.  The group consisted of Overseer of Temples Mardikan, Omniscience Erica Ashby of the Loviatar Temple in Eltabbar, and her slaves Keerla and Hara, Yathmalla Quarra Det'tar of the Temple of Lloth in Undrek'Thoz, Gawain and Katja.

1362 DR 6 Flamerule - Richard Brake, a literal cursed dead man, recovered his once-lost memories and was able to remember the man who placed said curse on him that prevented his death, ultimately leaving him as a skeleton until this man is killed. In Long Portage, with the help of Master Kammnos Tam, Richard and a group of adventurers gathered to attempt to scry on this curse-giving man, revealing him to be a vampire and residing in Threskel, across the sea from Thay. With the help of an old friend, ex-pirate Langley Ruffles and his hill giant accomplice Huzza, the group and Richard set sail to Threskel. After landing on new land, the group noticed a large dragon-like skeletal creature flying through the air and landing at the peak of a mountain where the group was at the base of. Uncovering the cavern entrance that matched the scry vision, the group entered and fought through mind-controlled humanoid creatures and eventually encountered Raskul The Vampire, the man who placed the curse on Richard, Raskul's vampire accomplice Kythen, and numerous vampire spawns and soldiers. As the battle ensued, the group was assisted by a few mysterious strangers who labelled themselves as contracted hunters, looking for the vampire Kythen. With Raskul now dead and the curse lifted, Richard reverted back to his human self and decided to travel back to Chessenta with these contracted hunters, vowing to return to Thay to repay those that helped him that night. The group that assisted Richard were: Omnipotence Balthazar, Omniscience Ashby, Geliaz Spites, Keerla Thiend, Raven Blaca, Taygra Tigerfist, Thayan Knight Gravenson, and Yvonnel Naerth.

1362 DR 16 Flamerule - Deep in a Forested Valley hidden within the Sunrise Mountains, Yubryn of the Temple of Malar and his fellow priests were slain while on Hunt in the Beastlord's name.  It is said the act was performed by a mysterious group called the Knights of the Seelie Court.

1362 DR 19 Flamerule - Ayrin Valeth and the slave Alendril assist a Tuigan spirit in finding eternal rest.  Removing his body from beneath the catacombs of Tyraturos, they build a pyre upon the plains far removed from the city and give the last rites of Teylas so that Chanar Hu can rejoin his ancestors.

1362 DR 12 Eleasis - Red Magic begins!  Answering a summons from Asp -the gnoll commander of Zulkir Maligor's army- a group of mercenaries, high ranking legionnaires and a Red Wizard assist in the search for the deserter known as Mudwort.  While the search was unsuccessful, the group was able to recover a personal item of the gnolls from a bandit camp in the Escarpment north of Bezantur.  Maligor was then able to use it in his creation of a Darkenbeast to hunt Mudwort down.  Cast of Characters:  Tribune Nulara Nephtys, Castellan Aethon Tane, Omnipotence Balthazar, wanderer Taygra Tigerfist, hins Calkin Wildwood and Nyx, drow Yvonnel Naerth and goblin Lorach.

1362 DR 16 Eleasis - A group of four (Overseer of Temples Mardikan, Gawain, Honoria, and Yvonnel of House Naerth) investigated strange disturbances in the Murbant Sea Caves upon the request of Sergeant Dina Simson of the Priador Legion.  Based on talking to the kobolds Brik and Brak, they found that undead, most of which had come up out of the sea, but four zombies which had been dropped off on a small boat by two black robed figures, were causing the disturbance.  They also learned that the dead smuggler Guffrik had used the cave to store some of his goods and coin. The four zombies were the missing warehouse guards from the White Sails Shipping warehouse break in incident.  The group found supplies stored as well, some of which, while generic (e.g., bandages) matched up with some of the stolen warehouse goods. There was no sign of Tofza, the missing shift manager from the warehouse. The group took one of the bodies to the High Priestess at the local temple, who was only able to ask a few questions of the spirit.  There are some thoughts now that perhaps a bear, or someone turned into one, was involved in the Warehouse attack, and the halfling bandit shifter Briarwood Brothers are possible suspects.

1362 DR 16 Eleasis - 5 adventurers, Knight Viktor Gravenson, Gawain, Taygra Tigerfist, Castellan Aethon Tane and Yvonnel Naerth of House Naerth, answered the call to escort the apprentice into the crypts at Amruthar to collect some components that two thieves had stolen. While escorting the apprentice, the caravan was ambushed by darkenbeasts, apparently trying to get to the apprentice. The group dealt with them easily and the caravan resumed it's course to Amruthar. On arriving at Amruthar they were attacked just outside the crypt by a couple of darkenbeasts, they entered the crypt to find a nest of vampires that had taken residence. They came across the leader and asked questions on the two thieves, the leader told them they had been used as food and they were laid somewhere in the crypt. The leader left and they continued, they found more vampires further in, with the leader calling for their death. They were dealt with and the group retrieved the components the apprentice wanted and the apprentice took an item of clothing from both bodies to prove to his master that the thieves were dead. The apprentice paid them before he ported out leaving the adventurers to go on their way.

1362 DR 11 Eleint - Tharchion Willenth Lionson departs from Thralgard Keep to the faraway city of Tantras to review mining equipment.  He hires a group of mercenaries to deliver him safely to the port city of Bezantur where his ship awaits.  He makes the journey without incident, however strange happenings when he boards his vessel makes the mercenaries suspect foul play may be imminent.  His entourage to Bezantur was composed of Gawain Reynn, Honoria Reynn, Overseer Mardikan, Omniscience Erica Ashby, Master Uras'Thule, Tribune Nulara Nephtys, Castellan Aethon Tane, Ignan Sannerman, Wanderer Taygra Tigerfist and the slave Hara.

1362 DR 15 Eleint - Apprentice Largo of the School of Conjuration, upon the advice of his Master Red Wizard Tarissa Rift, hired a group of adventurers to help guard him from whomever was sending summoned creatures after him when he tried to rest.  Tarissa's familiar, the quasit Kernal, was also present to observe.  As his house had been burned down by a summoned fire elemental, he asked the group to clear out some brigands from a house in Tyraturos, and after that was done, they would guard him while he rested.  The group managed the first task easily, and waited while the apprentice spoke on an aspect mirror to answer some questions from Apprentice Thane (one of Zulkir Tam's apprentices).  The group then fended off several summoned creatures, which grew in power over time.  Finding no others present, the group finally determined that the apprentice had a case of "sleep-casting" and was calling them in his sleep, but without the proper control as he was not aware he was doing so.  The group administered 'aid' to the apprentice, who then had a successful long restful sleep.  The group consisted of Captain Ezekiel Williams of the Tyraturos Legion, Knight Viktor Gravenson, Omniscience Erica Ashby, Unkdaz the fish-wielding goblin, Drake Najera, Katja, Ayrin Valeth and Alendril.

1362 DR 6 Marpenoth - Two sibling Red Wizards, Talia and Joran Aers, scheduled a gathering for adventurers to help collect water essence for "something special". The group agreed to use the magical portal in the Temple of Tymora to try and enter the Uncharted Land, where sightings of ice and water elementals are common. After collecting the required amount of essence the group met with the two Red Wizards in front of the Burning House of Kossuth in Tyraturos. Upon arrival the group noticed the siblings' usage of Rhul and Mordayn Vapor, two drugs that alter the mind and increases aggression. With the new-found component of water essence the two Red Wizards began to change the weather, controlling the clouds to form a fury of heavy rain and hail down on the Burning House in the name of their god Istishia. As the roof began to cave in a magical door appeared behind the Red Wizards, with two black-hooded figures lunging out of the floating door frame to assassinate the siblings. The black flames of their kukris engulfed the bodies and turned them to ash as the weather slowly began to clear. Known as the Order of the Black Flame, rumor begins to swirl of these new assassins and their potential power against anyone who insults the Lord of Flames. The members of the Burning House begins immediate repairs of their damaged roof and walls. Those that witnessed this event were: Aethon Tane, Arthur Delrin, Delia, Ezekiel Williams, Geliaz Spites, Katja, Taygra Tigerfist, Viktor Gravensen, and Yvonnel Naerth.

1362 DR 9 Marpenoth - Highharvestide festival was held in Amruthar, presided over by Hierarch Numos Thal with gladiators supplied by Batiatus of the Ludus Magnus.  Trophies were given in the arena to drow Yvonnel Naerth, wanderer Taygra Tigerfist and the slave Delia.  Soon after her victory, Yvonnel Naerth was arrested by Overseer Mardikan for failing to follow orders.  As night fell, festivities were moved to Outskirts of town and the jousting list.  However, before things could begin two strangers were attacked by a darkenbeast that was driven off by Ignan Sannerman, Irr'stra and Delia.  Shortly thereafter, all present were attacked by a horde of undead and it is said the two strangers were carried off by the zombies.  Some say the undead were the Legion of Cyric, the army of undead in service to Zulkir Szass Tam.  The festival was then called off after the attack, with the citizens of Amruthar now very uncertain of their future.  Cast of characters:  Delia, Aethon Tane, Taygra Tigerfist, Yvonnel Naerth, Irr'stra, Gawain Reynn, Knight Viktor Graveson, Overseer Mardikan, Ignan Sannerman.

1362 DR 7 Uktar - As the gnoll army of Maligor continues to grow and Amruthar becomes more restless; Hiearch Numos Thal assembles an envoy to approach the Zulkir and determine his intent with his forces.  Consisting of Castellan Aethon Tane, Captain Ezekiel Williams, Wanderer Taygra Tigerfist, Omnipotence Balthazar Baxter, Iron Throne member Night Hawke, Gawain Reynn, monk Garrok and healer Nell; the party arrives at the tower to find that the gnoll army has recently departed for some unknown location in Thay, presumably against another Red Wizard.  Also, the undead forces of Szass Tam led by Harper Agent Galvin and Aglarond councilwoman Brenna (both forced into their roles under threat of undeath), arrive at the tower with the goal of destroying the gnoll army and slaying Maligor.  Together they clear the tower of what remained of Maligors forces but were unable to find the Zulkir or his henchwoman Asp.  The forces of Szass Tam claim control of Maligors tower and discover evidence that the Red Wizard has a second -more terrifying- army comprised of darkenbeasts.  The envoy returns to the Hierarch to relay current events and the forces of Szass Tam continue to search the tower to determine Maligors intent with both his forces of darkenbeasts and gnolls.

1362 DR 11 Uktar - Apprentice Sugiside lead a group (Knight Viktor Gravenson, Katja, and Calkin Wildwood) to see Red Wizard Rembert Wellford.  Garrok also arrived to see the Master after a slight delay.  Rembert tasked the group with delivering an aspect mirror to a Felix Spinner, who traveled with Master Wellford during some of his apprentice days.  Felix is a follower of Tymora who tries to travel and live among various humanoid groups, including goblins, kobolds and gnolls, to gather information about them.  The group traveled to the Southern Alaor Isle, and ran into the same fox Calkin had previously spoken with on an earlier trip.  The fox warned the group of some others near a cave.  The group dispatched the followers of Beshaba, who had been trying to hunt down Felix.  The group searched the caves, and eventually found Felix.  Apparently, he had entered the caves to recover some fish bone amulet that was of importance to the Sahuagin, so he would have it to present to them during discussions.  The group questioned him a bit, but eventually led him back to the naval base, where Felix departed to make the aspect mirror call to Master Wellford.  The group also heard of a Red Wizard passing through the base and heading toward the abandoned tower on the island a few days previously. There apparently were some sort of strange lights from the top of the tower after the Wizard had headed there.  The group believed this might have been a necromancer named Master Jeronid.

1362 DR 1 Nightal - Omnipotence Khalia, a diplomat for the Red Wizards of Thay, hired a small band of adventurers to hand-deliver a letter to two people of interest: Glasagdun the Sand Shaper, a mysteriously knowledgeable man often walking along the Street of the White Roses in Bezantur, and Frido Shreney, aka Purban Faltelfowe, a halfling ex-prisoner from the Nethwatch Keep dungeons. These two were to be brought in to Khalia for informal questioning. Those that assisted the diplomat were: Drake Najera, Estella Goldenblade, Ezekiel Williams, Katja, and Taygra Tigerfist.

1362 DR 2 Nightal - By leading a strong Thayan way of life and becoming somewhat notorious on his own, Ignan Sannerman becomes a Thayan Knight.

1362 DR 3 Nightal - As the gnoll army of Zulkir Maligor bears down upon his tower, Red Wizard Rembert Wellford makes a last ditch effort to defend his estate from the invaders.  Journeying to Tyraturos, he recruits the following to come to his aid:  Gawain Reynn, Honoria Reynn, Castellan Aethon Tane, Tribune Nulara Nephtys, Night Hawke of the Iron Throne, Captain Ezekiel Williams, Omniscience Erica Ashby, Omnipotence Balthazar and wanderer Taygra Tigerfist.  Together with his own meager forces, they were able to fortify the area around his tower and wear down the gnoll army in a night long battle that saw them victorious in the rising sun.  The gnoll champion Rorza was slain in battle, but Zulkir Maligor and his henchwoman Asp were not among the army.

1362 DR 7 Nightal - Using the guise of a small boy (Esi Dugsi), Red Wizard Rembert Wellford gathered a group to hunt down stragglers from the gnoll army that had fled after the battle at his estate.  He secured peace on his northern border with Zulkir Tam by letting the zulkir's forces have the bodies of the fallen gnolls from the battlefield, so his next focus was on preventing another attack from any regrouped gnoll force.  The group effectively did that for him, wiping out scattered groups of gnolls in the wild between Amruthar and Eltabbar.  They even wiped out one dragon that had been drawn in by the scent of blood from all the slain gnolls.  While there are still gnolls out there, the thinning of their numbers was a significant aid to Rembert.  The group consisted of Captain Ezekiel Williams of the Tyraturos Legion, Omniscience Erica Ashby of Loviatar, her slave Keerla, Gawain Reynn, Honoria Reynn and Night Hawke of the Iron Throne.

1363 DR Hammer 1 - The undead army of Szass Tam leaves the tower of Zulkir Maligor and head north towards the gold mines of Thay.  Fearing a take over of the mines by Zulkir Tam, Tharchion Willeth Lionson calls all available mercenaries to his side to protect the mines.  The following mercenaries answer his call:  Ayrin Valeth, Arthur Delrin, Omniscience Ashby, Castellan Aethon Tane, Honoria Reynn, Gawain Reynn, Captain Ezekiel Williams, Omnipotence Balthazar, wanderer Taygra Tigerfist, Tribune Nulara Nephtys, Lorach and Keerla Thiend.  During the parley between the leaders of the undead army -Galvin and Brenna- it was revealed that Maligor hoped to secretly takeover the gold mines with a darkenbeast horde and use it to supply his alchemical "discovery" of turning lead into gold.  Noting the strange behavior of the Tharchion, a dispel was cast upon him to reveal that it was really Asp, the agent of Maligor, in disguise.  She then used the magical defenses of the mines against the mercenaries and undead army but was slain after a brutal melee.  Entering the mines, the mercenaries and the undead army took seperate paths to find Maligor.  Both parties were assailed by wave after wave of darkenbeast, coming upon Zulkir Maligor a few times who used his deadly magic upon them.  Unable to defeat him in direct combat, the Harper agent Galvin used his druidic magic to bring the mines down upon Maligor.  Trapping the mercenaries deep underground, they resolve to go to Undrek'Thoz and seek passage to the surface there.  However, they quickly discover that Maligor was not slain in the cave in and was just as  trapped as they were.  Another melee followed with many mercenaries falling in battle before Maligor was eventually slain.  The mercenaries then traveled on to the Undrek'Thoz segment of Sshurlynder and were granted passage through the temple portal to the Bezantur temple of Lolth on the surface.

1363  DR Hammer 3 - Omnipotence Mur Vhol requested aid to investigate three White Sails Shipping vessels that wrecked at sea.  A group heard the story of the one survivor, then headed out to investigate.  The discovered the sahuagin had used a horde of sharks to drive a mist dragon into the ships, resulting in the wreckage.  The group arrived at an island, and wiped out some sahuagin.  They found some surviving sailors on the island, along with two bronze dragons (Wavellimor and Zanyfax) and their four hatchlings.  Wavellimor had rescued the sailors from the original attack, and was skilled at impersonating a dolphin and a parrot.  With the sailors rescued and their hatchlings grown enough to move along, the dragons departed, for now.  The group consisted of Overseer Mardikan, Drake Najera of the Temple of Valkur, Raven, Lucius Laurentis and Delia.

1363 DR Hammer 5 - The Iron Throne hired a group to supplement their caravan guards, to escort goods from Umratharos to Chur Gathos.  The group encountered the usual brigands, as well as some basilisks and slaad that appeared to have wandered out of the Ruins of Delhumide.  Additionally, there were bugbears with lash marks, which made it appear someone or something had driven them to attack.  There was speculation it may have been Zhents, given their not so pleasant relations with the Iron Throne.  The group also took care of ogres and frost giants, and the caravan successfully arrived.  The group consisted of Night Hawke of the Iron Throne, Captain Ezekiel Williams of the Tyraturos Legion, Omniscience Erica Ashby of Loviatar, Kroth Hammerheart, gladiator Alendril, Jenna Goodmane, Lynne Fairwell and Ayrin Valeth.

1363 DR Hammer 9 - Captain Ezekiel Williams of the Tyraturos legion is promoted to Tribune.

1363 DR Alturiak 19 - Red Wizard Rembert Wellford hired a group to explore and map out the caverns below former Zulkir Maligor's tower. He wished to make sure there was not any tunnel from there to his estate, as well as taking care of any remaining creatures which may be a threat to Thay. A group (consisting of Castellan Aethon Tane, Tribune Ezekiel Williams, Yathmalla Quarra Det'tar, Unkdaz the fish-wielding goblin, Katja, Kothan Ikar and Remainder) took care of the task, coming across an assortment of transmuted creatures. 1363 DR Alturiak 19 - The dead do not seem to rest in Thay! Rumor starts to spread about a small group of mercenaries hired by a dead man! They descended into the city tomb of Bezantur to deliver a lute belonging to his long dead daughter. The Havlar family, a wealthy merchant family of Bezantur, is very confused by this as they do not know any of these mercenaries, nor did Cecelia Havlar play the lute. 1363 DR Ches 27 - Bezantur can rest easy for now. A group of famous individuals braved the debts of Buccaneer's Bay killing "The Admiral", the leader of a the group of pirates. It was discovered that an elf slave, formerly of the fallen House, apparently had been tricked by a demon speaking in his head, who promised that he could bring back those of the fallen house.  A strange doorway had been opened, and led to the ghosts being brought out.  The slave was struck dead by dark energies through the doorway. The group entered the doorway which led to a misty, strange ghostly house. There, they defeated the minions of the demon and a ghostly form of the demon itself, Hezzlok the Hezrou, another figure from the Underdark's past.

Invarri Metran was left in charge while the Tharcion is away at the ruins. Along the way to the ruins, the group fought off some rebel slaves and Rashemi.  At the ruins, they discovered cultists of Eltab are apparently been seeking something in the ruins, and the cultists were fighting with kobolds who are faithful to Tiamat.  They also encountered the usual assortment of demons and horrific creatures within the ruins.  After clearing two portions of the ruins, Mikal Canos paid the group, and was seen entering the old capitol building, along with some of his legionnaires.

Just before things looked to get out of hand, a blue-robed man approached the gathering to help unravel the mystery of who actually started the war. After some discussion it was revealed that one of the slum residents of Market Town orchestrated a series of events to pin the catalyst of the war on each gang leader, forcing them to fight one another in unnecessary retaliation. Her true purpose for doing so was revenge for gang violence killing her son years ago, while many other residents shared the same notion. With the help of some adventurers in the crowd, the leaders agreed to form a council with some appointed residents to represent the commonfolk living in Market Town to help with negotiations and development for the slums and the leaders.

With too many contracts to uphold, these Hunters brought on the help of Bael'vanrae, Celia Tir'eine, Tribune Ezekiel Williams, Krongardt Bloodbeard, Kyros Thrune, Mynh'rae, Urs Bear'kin, and Griffon Rider Victoria Nefzen. The first contract led the group to the swamps near Thasselen, where reports of a twelve-headed Hydra was seen. The second led to the marshes near Murbant, where the group encountered a black-furred Rakshasa, known as a Naztharune. With a verbal agreement, and Omnipotence Mur Vhol returning the captives back safely with the help of an old hermit that was also taken, the group escorted the pirate crew to the naval base where further discussion of the deal would take place between higher authority figures. Upon arrival of said base, Omnipotence Mur Vhol had one more task for the adventurers. Two young captives of the pirates were actually not Thayans, but aquatic elves. Not wanting to risk any hostility towards other sea elves that were most likely looking for these children, Omnipotence Mur Vhol's decision was to have the adventurers escort the two captives into the Alamber Sea where they would hopefully recognize their way back. The adventurers then shipped out away from the Isles before diving down to safely guard the two back to their home, where they would eventually meet a small clan of aquatic elves and dolphins in a makeshift home. With the two back safely, and perhaps a more trusting connection between Thayans and the aquatic elven clan, the adventurers returned to the naval base. 1364 DR Hammer 4 - The search continued for the missing Tharchion Mikal Canos of Delhumide.  Invarri Metran and the mysterious Red Wizard asked for a group to speak to a Priestess of Tiamat.  The Priestess indicated that she would tell them what she discussed with the Tharchion, if they dealt with some humanoids troubling them.  The group found them holed up in a small house, with some tunnels below.  The mostly human group was wearing assorted musical instrument pins for their cloaks, and were eliminated.  The Priestess kept her word, and told them that the Tharchion was looking for the remains of Thayd, and had departed for the Raumathar Ruins.

1364 DR Hammer 5 - Matron Mother Quemm Mezryl of House Mezryl held an audience with Yathmalla Quarra Det'tar.  It is unclear as to the purpose of the meeting, but the third daughter of House Mezryl, Sel'tur Elrie, had recently traveld to the duergar settlement and is now organizing a trip into the Fraaszummdin catacombs.

1364 DR Hammer 8 - A group was hired by Sel'tur Elrie, third daughter of House Mezryl, to retrieve an Abyssal Mirror from the catacombs in Fraaszummdin.  The group successfully retrieved it, and was composed of Yathmalla Quarraa Det'tar, Kyesha Jora, Chessala Zoland, Nadal Zoland, and Kroth Hammerheart.(edited)

1364 DR Hammer 14 - Grovel the Fierce, a retired adventurer looking for his stolen belongings, hired a group of adventurers to recover his favourite sword from a band of thieves that fled to the Ramauthar ruins. Having fought through numerous creatures and bandits, the group was suddenly held up on an unstable bridge by an inanimate clay golem and two bone golems; stuck in the stomach of the clay golem appeared to be Grovel's sword. As the group approached the clay golem to remove the sword the three golems activated and charged towards them, breaking the bridge they all stood on to fall through a series of spider webs to an underground cavern. While the golems shattered on impact, the group miraculously landed in a pool of cave water and was able to recover Grovel's now-unobstructed sword. On their way to finding an exit the group stumbled upon a small camp of stone petrified people. The group was able to return these people to life, only to realize that they were purposefully turned to stone to halt the progression of a poison they sustained years ago without a cure. The group managed to cure the poison and clear a path to an exit, although the survivors decided to part ways with them before returning to the city. In the coming weeks the bridge in the ruins would eventually be repaired to a limited extent. The group of adventurers who saved these survivors and helped Grovel were: Ankhmar Kamen-Ra, Sarana, Shakanasa, and Victoria Nefzen.

1364 DR Hammer 25 - The search continued for the missing Thrachion Mikal Canos of Delhumide.  Invarri Metran asked a group to continue along the trail to the Raumathar Ruins.  The group came across some cultists of Eltab, and had to deal with the usual inhabitants of the ruins as well.  In the end, they found a camp that was two to three weeks old, the remains of a fallen legionnaire, and a page that looked like it was torn out of a journal.  Invarri Metran identified the handwriting as the Tharchion's, and forwarded the note to Tharchion Thessaloni Canos for her to make sense of the reference left in the writing to something perhaps only Mikal's sister would know.  She will be calling on a group to continue the search soon. The group consisted of Castellan Aethon Tane, Tribune Ezekiel Williams, Gawain, Korgan Stonesack of the Iron Throne, Kyros the Black and Kai Kimura.

The adventurers consisted of Shakanasa, Vanessa Atwater, Ezili, Kyros the black and Ralphie. It is unkown if this is the last of that splinter cell.(edited)

Calling themselves Tarrant, this group of magical tricksters dazzled people of all races and ages with a series of performances ranging from storytelling with polymorph spells, light shows with fire, ice, and glitterdust, to even an interactive maze where attendees could experience the life of an adventurer by fighting creatures without the worry of death. One particular group of adventurers entered the maze without its death protection, fighting through numerous creatures and eventually finding a hidden trap door underneath a pile of rubble. What they found inside was not the exit, but a secret room that housed many unconscious people in chains, all participants of the maze. The group was able to unlock some chains to free a few prisoners, and leaving the secret room brought them to the interior of Tarrant’s caravan wagon parked away from the show. However, entering the fairgrounds again Tarrant was no longer there, leaving many of the spectators confused about the sudden departure only minutes beforehand. The rest of the prisoners would eventually be released and the hunt for Tarrant would begin. 1364 DR Kythorn 19 - After experiencing earthquakes on the surface and in the Underdark, Red Wizard Valery Abernathy and the High Priestesses of the Temple of Lolth in Bezantur and in Undrek'Thoz's Trun'Zoyl'Zl segment created a joint operation to uncover the mystery of these shakes. Travelling to the western end of Undrek'Thoz a group of hired adventurers stumbled across a large chasm populated by numerous creatures. Beneath the chasm was a series of winding tunnels that housed many Beholders and their slaves. Fighting and navigating through these tunnels the group finally reached the underground lair of the Hive Mother, who had her Beholder minions use their disintegration rays to carve out the caverns and tunnels, creating the earthquakes. With this particular Hive Mother and her slaves slain the earthquakes finally stopped, but even then it felt like that was not the end of the Beholders... The adventurers that stopped the Hive Mother were: Castellan Aethon Tane, Amari, Chessala Zolond, Tribune Ezekiel Williams, Imythylas, Kyesha Jora, Nadal Zolond, Qu'uente, Talvass Darmine, and Taygra Tigerfist.

1364 DR Flamerule 18 - Guards around Amruthar are currently searching for some slaves that were stolen recently. The guards under interrogation reported a band of 20 or 30 bandits stole them, beating the guards badly. The slaves, destined for execution in Bezantur are nowhere to be found. Thyvos Vrass has put up a bulletin for the whereabouts of these bandits so they can take the place of the escaped slaves. Any information to be taken to him immediately for a bounty of 500 gold.

1364 DR Eleasis 1 - The evening after the leap day of Shieldmeet, the Iron Throne hired some guards for a caravan. The group (Tribune Ezekiel Williams, Yathmalla Quarra Det'tar, Hawke of the Iron Throne, Dylaan, Qu'ente, and Talvass Darmine) successfully escorted the wagons to the point past the High Escarpment where they were handed off to more Iron Throne membrs to escort the rest of the way. The group dealt with a large number of ogres, an assortment of bandits, and three members of the Black Tide, a rebel group against slavery, as well as thunderstorms. The group then picked up work, sponsored by Seipora Jassan, a performer with the Grand Circus of Faerun, helping to clear an area near Bezanturso that laborers from White Sails Shipping could harvest wood to help repair some ships that remained damaged from a storm a few months back.

1364 DR Eleasis 4 - While it is a fairly simple business matter to remove the furnishings of an evicted homeowner, the Deedmaster in Umratharos had a different experience. His movers refused to enter the tower home due to an "uneasy feeling", while it being the home of a now-exiled Red Wizard no less, resulting in the Deedmaster to hire outside help to get to the bottom of this. This group of adventurers entered the tower only to be assaulted by various inanimate objects turning animate, all experimentations of the exiled wizard. Making quick work of these "creatures", the tower has begun to be cleared of all furniture and will soon be available to purchase. The adventurers were: Annika Davis, Tribune Ezekiel Williams, Hadush, Kai Kimura, Kyros the Black, Qu'uente, Ralphie, and Captain Victoria Nefzen.

1364 DR Eleasis 7 - After deciphering the runes from past encounters of the Sarrukh Cult, Sage Gammell Angell had uncovered the location of R'lyeh, corpse city of Sath'fiss'ith the Skybinder.  Making the voyage there, they discover the astral image of Sath'fiss'ith standing over the ruins of R'lyeh as it was foretold in dreams.  With no time to spare, he directed the heroes Gawain Reynn, Kai Kimura, Taygra Tigerfist, Qu'uente, Ralphie, Talvass Darmine, Kyros Thrune and Annika Davis to destroy the sarrukh Dream Stone hidden somewhere on the island to stop the Skybinders return.  Destroying the stone after dispatching its guardians, the party barely made it off the island before it sunk beneath the waves once more.  However, all were filled with foreboding that this would not be the last they would see of R'lyeh and Sath'fiss'ith the Skybinder....

1364 DR Eleasis 25 - Rumors of the volcano on the North Alaor Isle stirring, and of people believing Kossuth was preparing to destroy the isle, led the Most Fervid Walker of Fires Brianna, of the Flaming Brazier, to arrange for a group to investigate.  They arrived at the isle by ship, in waters that were noticeably choppier near the isle. After calming some of the residents and guests, and hearing reports of a boar attack, some near drowning incidents, and seeing some smoke and steam coming from the volcano, the group headed inland to investigate.  They found fallen water elementals and fire elementals, which had slain each other in battle.  Eventually, a fire giant named Redburn approached them near the entrance to the Heart of the Isle, and informed them that water elementals had been attacking them, and the volcano was being stirred up to forge more weapons and armor for battle, and to fully dispose of the remains of their watery enemies.  The group searched the beach, and found a place that the water elementals were emerging from the sea, and signs of conjuration magic from that area of the sea.  They caught a glimpse of a Calishite woman under the water, who rode away on a shark.  The elements stopped coming from the waters after that, and the volcano and sea calmed down.  The resort guests were reassured and rumors of Kossuth wanting to destroy the isle were stopped.  The group consisted of Talvass Darmine, Dylaan, Qu'ente, Hadush, Ramas, and Kolex Flamestrike.

1364 DR Eleint 6 - Following up on information gleaned from recent explorations of Sarrukh ruins, Sage Gammell Angell discovers the location of a nameless city just across the River of Dawn within Mulhorand.  Hiring Abdul Alhazred -native of Mulhorand and sometimes called the Mad Poet- to be his guide, Gammell assembles a team of research assistants to accompany him.  Discovering a true sarrukh who some knew to be named The Herald and betrayed by Abdul, only the following research assistants survived the expedition:  Hadush, Ramas Fezim, Qu'uente, Kroth Hammerheart and Vanessa Atwater.  Sage Gammell Angell remains missing, his fate known only by the sarrukh and their thralls of the Nameless City.

1364 DR Eleint 22 - Calvin Morgan of White Sails Shipping, and the Calishite performer Seipora Jassan hired a group to take care of a problem with some sahuagin attacking two ships that drifted off course in heavy fog near a misty island. The group reached the island and, with the services of a translator, were able to convince the sahuagin to not attack, in return for not messing with their hatching grounds near the island as well as taking care of some undead that some black robed figures had stirred up about a month ago. The group discovered the black robed figures had been digging around the island, and discovered a few things of note. There were some ruins dating back to the time of the Narfell Empire, as well as a few pieces of a ruined temple that had been dedicated to some powerful demon or demon lord. The group also found a rock pillar which had been dug up. The pillar had no carvings on it, but the group speculated saying some word in abyssal might do something. They left the pillar alone. The group consisted of Borislav, Drake Najera, Kai Kimura, Talvass Darmine, Qu'uente, Dylaan, Hadush, and Azakour Jiermelu.

1364 DR Marpenoth 19 - A crowd gathered to see the ship race sponsored by Cassius Hadrianus. After the ships sailed by to the starting point, wagers were made and a closely contested race took place. The Bronze Boat crewed by Gond followers surged ahead, but lost steam as some rain and larger waves came into play. Eventually the two-time defending champion Sea Rider, sponsored by Umberlee's Temple, and the Drowned, a bone ship crewed by mostly undead, were bow to bow in the home stretch, when an explosion of fire from within caused the Sea Rider to explode. The fire and a portion of the Sea Rider struck the Drowned, causing it to break apart, and parts of it, along with flaming undead, to be launched into the air onto the docks. Some of those attending put the undead down. In the end. the rickety Electric Eel, crewed by faithful of Talos, won. The Blue Dolphin, crewed by Valkurites, stopped to aid the sailors overboard, and the Wave Hunter, crewed by Malarites, stopped to hunt sharks that came to feast on those in the water, giving the Electric Eel the opening they needed. Escaped prisoner Buppi Merbough, a halfling, is wanted for questioning as to possibly being involved in this. The crowd included Omnipotence Balthazar, Tribune Ezekiel Williams, a brief appearance by Castellan Aethon Tane, Talviss Darmine, Aznkour Jiermalu, Kuga, Iathouz, Straaka Wolfguard, and Dylaan.

1364 DR Marpenoth 22 - A family in Pyarados began experiencing a haunting in their home. Objects would move or break and food would disappear when they'd leave the room. While they did bring in a priestess of Tymora the problem still persisted with no real answer. Instead, the family decided to ask a small group of adventurers to help solve the mystery. During their investigation these adventurers also experienced minor changes to rooms once empty; books would realign themselves, food gone missing and clothes scattered on the floor. Setting a trap the group was able to finally see and catch what the culprit was: A Boggle, a small fey-like creature able to create portals using any sort of complete frame with a hole in it. Tying the creature up after catching it the group brought it to the outskirts of Pyarados to question it. However, the tricky fey was able to escape by creating a portal in between one of the adventurer's legs and the ground he stood on, vanishing without a trace. The group of adventurers that solved the mystery were: Dylaan, Estella Goldenblade, Jenna Goodmane, Qu'uente, and Victoria Nefzen.

1364 DR Uktar 17 - The Flaming Brazier requested someone look into two acolytes, who had last been seen at the ship race about a month ago. They offered aid to the injured sailors, but a Calishite woman was already there tending to injures. After minimal aid was accepted from them by the survivors of the exploded Umberlee boat, who viewed them with great suspicion given the fiery explosion that took out their ship, the two acolytes headed to the crypt in Bezantur on a temple task, but had not been heard from since. Two people (Dylaan and Kolex Flamestrike) investigated and found the bodies of the two in the crypts. The odd thing was that they had been drowned, and their lungs were still full of water. While the bodies were put to rest, things are heating up in Bezantur, as followers of Kossuth and those of Umberlee, already without much love lost between them, seem to have more suspicions that could cause the water to boil over.

1365 DR Uktar 25 - The mage Azakour Jiermalu has passed the Red Wizard Apprentice Trials. Congratulations Apprentice Jiermalu.

1365 DR Uktar 28 - A shipment of supplies from the Iron Throne in Tyraturos on the way to the Market Town of Bezantur had been ambushed and several crates and chests had been taken. Priador Legion Master Sergeant Blake hired a group of adventurers to try and retrieve the stolen items. The group consisted of Lorach, Bell Nightingale, Lieutenant Remainder of the Griffon legion, Azili, Vanessa Atwater, Dylaan and Milith Latonesin. They followed tracks to a cave hidden in a small gully and entered. After dealing with everything that stood in their way they were successful in retrieving all the stolen supplies. They followed the path out to a secret door to come inside the main hideout of the bandits, located in the Street of White Roses. They were soon dealt with and the group made their way back to the Master Sergeant and handed over the supplies. Accepting the bounty of 200 gold each, they left.

1364 DR Nightal 15 - Calishite Seipora Jassan of the Grand Circus of Faerun led a Valkurite ceremony at the Beznatur docks for the sailors who perished in the shipping race. During the ceremony, Ignium, an acolyte of Kossuth, showed up and exchanged words about his fallen comrades who had been drowned, and expressed anger toward the faithful of Umberlee. As Seipora calmed him, and they started to say prayers for his fallen comrades as well, the skies darkened and some water elementals washed up onto the docks. They were defeated by legionnaires and some attendees, and the skies then cleared. There were rumors of a large shark fin being seen in the water. Ignium left, his anger still burning toward the nearby Umberlee temple. Cassius Hadrianus was also in attendance, along with Calkin Wildwood and Dylaan.

1364 DR Nightal 18 - After hearing through the grapevine about two fishermen's argument about who is the better fisherman, Omnipotence Brazhal Kos surprisingly decided to sponsor a fishing competition, setting it specifically in Eltabbar's Waterfront near Lake Thaylambar. Though he never attended himself, one of his apprentice's and a few Thayan Knights were on location. Many contestants showed up but there were ultimately only 3 winners: Victoria Nefzen, Ralph, and Theavos Welm came away with a prize and some coin. Other contestants that participated were Bael'van'rae, Imrae Illarran, and Dylaan

1364 DR Nightal 24-25 - A group investigated why there had been no word for a month from the village of Amsel in northern Tyraturos. They spoke with Ezmerelda, the leader of the village, at the Bubbling Cauldron Tavern, and discovered that a plague had started about a month ago. A Talonite who had renounced her faith had been staying in the town, and drowned in a pond. The group tended as they could to the sick, and then searched the pond, discovering an entry into an old ruin beneath the village. There, some hags dedicated to Jubilex had taken up residence, and had been spreading nightmares and disease since they apparently killed the former Talonite for finding their lair. The group dispatched them, and was able to develop a cure based on a journal and materials found in the ruins. The group consisted of Red Wizard Agosto, Tribune Ezekiel Williams, Lieutenant Remainder, Imrae Illaren, Katarina Aerson, Kyros the Black, Kai Kimura, and Twig.

1365 DR Hammer 17 - A group, at the request of Justikar Stoneblood, investigated a mysterious isle near Fraaszumdin.  It had apparently remained undiscovered for quite some time, as it had been shielded with some sort of magic.  The group found the island populated with minotaurs, and other living creatures, under the control of the ancient alhoon Alkazarka.  They also found contructs, undead, and some illithid abberations in the ruined building within the isle.  The group destroyed one of the three phylacteries of Alkazarka that was housed there, and recovered the remains and gear of Dregvar Firehand, a legendary duergar crafter who vanished over 1500 years ago.  The group consisted of Kroth Hammerheart of the Gray Protector Temple, Yathmalla Quarra Det'tar, Tribune Ezekiel Williams, Yathrin Chessala Zoland, and Nadal Zoland.  Kroth returned the remains of Dregvar to the temple where he could be put to proper rest.

With a low number of legionnaires in the city due to some transferring over to Escalant as a security detail, the Master Sergeant and Autharch called upon the help of adventurers to travel north of Anhaurz where the legionnaires and Red Wizard were originally tasked with investigating a smoke signal that was assumed to be coming out of a cavern. Arriving at the cavern the group noticed large scorch marks on the floor in front of the entrance outside and trailed far west. Inside the cavern were numerous humanoid creatures; goblins, bugbears, and orcs that were dispatched by the adventurers, and unfortunately, the corpses of the missing legionnaires and Red Wizard were also inside, burnt to a crisp. There also seemed to be what looked like an altar of summoning or teleportation with scorch marks surrounding it. Although the group of adventurers could not uncover the mystery of the altar, the main task of recovering the bodies was now complete. The group of adventurers that helped find the missing legionnaires and Red Wizard were: Katarina Aerson, Dylaan, Knight Ignan Sannerman, Twig, Vanessa Atwater, and Vasile Sidorov.

They then pass through the Tannath Gap and attack the Thayans at Emmech from the rear.  After a climatic battle between Zulkir Nevron and The Simbul in the skies over Emmech Castle, Aglarond retakes Emmech and drives Thay from their soil.  War Marshal Coros Tenslayer is slain in the conflict.  Cast of Characters:  Tribune Ezekiel Williams of Tyraturos, Thayan Knight Viktor Graveson, the fish wielding goblin Unkdaz, the wanderer Taygra Tigerfist and the mute Katja.

Apparently the goblin and kobold were providing information and were loose 'allies' of Thay. The group then proceeded to clear the way to the obelisk and returned successfully. Passing through the once-blocked entrance the group would stumble upon a variety of creatures that many have never seen before, and riches that were hidden in the darkness of the uncharted caverns... While no one other than the explorers really know what happened there, what is known are the adventurers that gathered around the Omnipotence that night before teleporting away. Those explorers were: Jorah Seyda, Kai Kimura, Lexi-Rose, Mynh'rae, Tizargha Sathraz, and Victoria Nefzen.

1365 DR Eleint 25 - Thracion Azhir Kren and Red Wizard Branimern Rythil of the School of Conjuration tasked a group (consisting of Yathmalla Quarra Det'tar of the Temple of Lloth and Bael'Vanrae) to secure the route between the village base in Rashemen and a small glade where some Rashemi had fortified a hill. Upon doing so, some apprentices then destroyed the barricades the Rashemi had set up on the hill, though in the process also destroyed some ancient menhir, which released some demons. A couple of balors set fires in the woods as they pursued Rashemi. This appeared to upset some of the local elemental spirits. The hill and village now both secured, the Thayan force plans its next moves in Rashemen.

1365 DR Eleint 26 - Apprentice Kaylan tasked a group for collecting another crystal. The group successfully waded through Illithid and undead to achieve the task. A minotaur clan had been bribed with persuasion and an ample amount of slaves to allow safe passage from the Alaor Isles to an out of the way island that could only be reached by magical portal. Successfully returning and handing over the gem. Apprentice Kaylan will be planning the next venture.

1365 DR Marpenoth 8 - Continuing on the search for Songfarla for the Omnipotence, the group ventured deeper into the Sunrise Mountains, encountering death itself and its minions, and history that was once lost to time. Only those who journeyed into the caverns know exactly what was found... Those who gathered to meet Omnipotence Warrick Talman before being teleported away were: Kai Kimura, Kyros the Black, Lexi-Rose, Szollos Imrizyn, Tizargha Sathraz, and Victoria Nefzen.

1365 DR Marpenoth 11 - After disappearing eight months ago and starting the events that lead to the war with Aglarond, the city of Escalant returns to Thay in a flash of light!  It has been revealed that the city was taken to the plane of fire by Sultan Marrake al-Sidan al-Hariq ben Lazan of the City of Brass, reparations he felt he was due for aid given to Thay prior to the Salamander War.  Due to the actions of Castellan Tane, Omnipotence Balthazar, Wanderer Taygra Tigerfist, Unkdaz the Fish-Wielding goblin, Priest of Kossuth Blaze Thornson and the mute Katja, the city was rescued from its fate and returned to its proper place in the realms.  However, it was not without sacrifice as Katja was lost in the Plane of Fire as the party made their escape.

1365 DR Marpenoth 12 - The Eternal Flame of Kossuth Thavius Kreg of the temple in Escalant is burned at the stake by the combined temples of Kossuth in Thay.  A traitor of the realm and a betrayer of the faith, it is revealed he was secretly a worshipper of Imix, a lesser fire god.  Tharchion Hezass Nymar is named the new Eternal Flame of Kossuth in Escalant.

1365 DR Uktar 8 - The forces of Tharchion Azhir Kren, with the support of Red Wizard Branimern Rythil and a hired group defended the village base in Rashemen from increasing elemental attacks, including the Orglash spirits and even some Wood Men, along with Rashemi Berserkers.  The kobold allies under the command of Tekun the Warlord stayed strong for the entire battle, even though most fell, but the goblin king Nanraak left after the goblins in the village were killed, saying he would return with reinforcements.  The treacherous goblin never did, however.  Eventually, the Thayan forces retreated back through the menhir portal to the obelisk in Thay.  The kobolds fell valiantly, and the hired group held the line at the Rashemen side of the obelisk while Omnipotence Rythil worked on closing it from the Thayan side.  The group managed to leap through right as the portal was closing.  The lone Rashemi that jumped through was quickly dispatched by some very angry Thayan forces.  Zulkir Nevron sent an apprentice with a message for Omnipotence Rythil.  This chapter of the war with Rashemen is closed.  The group consisted of Tribune Ezekiel Williams of Tyraturos, Night Hawke of the Iron Throne, Bael'vanrae, Kroth Hammerheart of the Temple of Laduguer, Kyros the Black, and the drow Burmice val'Lazrien.

1365 DR Uktar 27 - Conoptora Billon, a mage and member of the Tsurlagol Council, and Thogonia Grim, a priestess of Umberlee, hired a group to escort them overland.  First to the Shrine of the Sea in Thassalen, and then to further escort Conoptora to Bezantur, where he was to meet with the Guild of Foreign Trade.  Apparently there is some interest in setting up an enclave in Tsurlagol at some point in the future.  The group consisted of Omnipotence Balthazar, Castellan Aethon Tane, Overseer Mardikan, Unkdaz the fish wielding goblin and Murin, a gladiator.

1365 DR 9-10 Nightall - Adventurers came to the aid of Apprentice Kaylan once more to find the item she was looking for.  Mistress Sheree Jorino was in attendance, but held an observational capacity, allowing Kaylan to carry on with the information for the group.
The adventurers,  Molvar Senroth, Sorsha Olredo, Levicus Laurentis, Estella Goldenblade and the drows Burmice val'Lazrien and Syclya Jadystana waded through caverns, an underwater passage before finally reaching their goal of the deepest heart of the volcano.
Fighting through many land based foe, water based foe and fire foe they found a corpse that seemed to be the remains of Anderiche himself, on his person was the tome they'd been searching for and wizard robes. Further on they found the hiding place of the crystal they had also been searching for.
Kaylan paid them when they returned the tome and crystal and informed them she would be calling on them again.

The group was able to escape, fighting their way through cultists of a secret religious and criminal organization known as the She-Spider Cult, loyalists of the combined worship of Shar and Lolth that intended to sell those captured as slaves. Those imprisoned, including their target Alvin, were released and safely brought back to civilization, while one captured Drow escaped on his own. The group also fought two powerful duergar undead, one with ancient armor. A mind flayer, going by Xyl, saw the group and indicated it was tracking the activities of the ancient alhoon Alkazarka for Xyl's mind flayer society, as they considered the outcast alhoon it to be an abomination. One of Alkazarka's skull minions appeared and gave an ultimatum to all present to have their cities surrender, or else. Those gathered scoffed at this, before the minion departed. While in the forest a magical fireball was casted by one of the adventurers, burning the trees and angering the Treants and other Feyfolk before they began chasing them out of their home; luckily procuring the ingredients prior. Once returning to Nyrak a potion was brewed from all the gathered ingredients. Druula, Nyrak's wife, upon drinking the makeshift antidote, instead grew exponentially to the point where the roof of the building was almost ripped open. While it was mostly abandoned, locked in a room were 4 decapitated bodies: 3 tied to chairs and 1 laying on the floor dressed similarly as one of the mysterious assassins. With careful deduction it was revealed that two of these corpses tied to chairs were legion members with their cloaks removed, and the mysterious assassin was "sacrificed" to keep the organization's movements hidden.
