When would you consider a person to be "low level" on Thay?
What about "mid level"?
Or even the mythical "high level"?
I ask you because I know some servers where level 15 is considered low
level (I hate those servers) and I know some others where 10 is considered
high level (those I like a bit more, actually)
Where does Thay stand in comparison?

Well, most people I've seen are around level 7/8ish, making them only 2-3 levels above me at the moment. However, since I'm a rogue, they could kick my ass in a straight-up fight.

Currently, there aren't really areas (dungeons, etc) designed for characters in the upper teens (it's a work in progress). Enemies will continue to scale and loot drops improve somewhat, but we don't have "high level loot" really implemented yet either (until the areas are added, I would imagine).
As far as character levels go, leveling seems to slowdown after level eight. We have a handful of PC's in the 11-12 range, one or two of which might be in the neighborhood of reaching 13.
We do seem to have a number of PC's in the 6-8 range.
Breaking it down, I guess I'd currently consider 10-12 as "high level" (since no one's currently above that to my knowledge. Once someone reaches 13, that will be included in the high level discussion, obviously).
6-8 could be mid-level.
I suppose that leaves 2-4 as low level. Getting to level two can be done rather quickly. Reaching three or four also doesn't tend to take very long.
