Can Vasharand have a tattoo running up from his arms, biceps, and his upper right torso?

We do have the ability to change tattoos, heads, wings, tails, and eyes in-game, so this is doable. However, this currently requires DM assistance (using Body Models - they'll know what you're talking about). When you're on sometime, I'd recommend going to the Tattooist in Bezantur and just send a message on the DM channel that reads something like "Talking to the Tattooist about getting a tattoo" and if we're available, we can help you out.

On a side note, I have a tattooing system planned to be implmented...sometime. It will allow everyone the ability to add tattoos (possibly magical ones) with a color of your choice to the character. At this time though, it is only in the planning stages.

Actually, it's not a... err, how can you say this... a to-get tattoo. It's more of a tribal mark. >.>

We can still follow the same procedure. Simply going to the tattooist and asking on the DM channel will be the most expedient method.

You will of course be limited to the tattoos available in standard NWN character creation (we have no hakpaks obviously) so the tattoo on the torso will have to be all or nothing.
